26:50 Step Pyramids are actually rather common in a lot of Megalithic cultures, with examples in not just Mesoamerica but China too and of course the Egyptian Pyramids. Given the Haradrim's Middle-Eastern influence, I'm guessing the Sanctum of Zigûr is meant to invoke some Ancient Mesopotamian flavor, think Sumerians or Babylonians. Part of me couldn't help but also think of something out of _Conan the Barbarian_ since the whole "sacrifice people to do spells" vaguely reminds me of some sorcerous adversary of that hero in the stories I've read.
Re: the Rohan draft tower. You ran out of command points. Summoning permanent units require command points or nothing is summoned. Ideally the game just tells you cannot summon but that is a limitation of the game engine. As for the Dwarven Thror's hoard spellbook power, yeah, it summons a pile of gold that gives whoever picks it up 10k resources and also summons a dragon that attacks anyone. You can summon that pile near enemy structures, rush a unit to grab the gold, and then the spawned dragon attacks your enemies since they are the only ones nearby. Your opponent can grab it though so be careful. Also, timed duration units cannot grab the gold so you have to risk your actual units or a hero to do it. Fun fact: several units gain a visual touch-up after you upgrade their armor individually, not just the Rohan peasants. Rivendell elves for example gain armor on top of their clothes.
It works! really good performance too. Thanks mate! After a LOT of work with patches and keygens etc I got it working. The only thing I've found so far is that I can't have custom hero for Rohan or Rivendell for some reason, I assume a bug. Other than that, she's perfect
Anyone got a good video for where and how to download this? I had it before on my old laptop a year old ago. Laptop packed in, was pretty old. But not sure if the download I used had anything to do with it.

Does anyone know how I retrieve my profile and stats as I've recently had a new hardwire fitted on my pc, my data was copied but when I re install the aor patch 8.2 it asks me to create a new profile and as if I'm playing again for 1st time?
Hey mate! May i ask you, how can i solve my fps problem buring big number fights? I have a stong PC way more than enough for the game, and i still have nearly 10 fps buring big number fights.
Definitely a learning curve but not too bad. A lot of these follow the same process as old school Minecraft Mods where you drag and drop files into the games data folders. That said, I haven't tried Age of the Ring yet (just learned about it today) but most big mods for BFME2 should have dedicated patchers which will do the hard work for you.
