Curious and Dr Doofenshmirtz: Curious was wasted potential like Star and Strips and I really enjoyed how she nearly killed Miss Stabby Pants which was very satisfying to me but unfortunately she was killed off due to the plot when Miss Stabby Pants Powers awakened and evolved despite having no years of training and experience and Dr Doofenshmirtz should've been relevant after the final arc started like how we saw overhaul again in the vigilante Arc but after his defeat from Tomura when Tomura becomes a crime lord, it's like their own Villian groups forgotten about both of them as if they Never existed.

Like I said since The Heroes put TRASH For One on that rewind timer getting younger and stronger than that shows they could've killed him when they had the chance while he was locked up in prison before he broke out and killed more innocent lives and Heroes especially children heck just another reminder All Might actually Killed Trash For One in the past by Punching him in the face that turned him into a potato nutsack head needing a respirator to breathe so why didn't All Might just had the prison guards or Warden even himself to finish him off??? Because plot of course the same reason why arkham asylum doesn't kill their psychotic criminals like The Joker before they keep breaking out and kill Again which led to everything like this right now.

All for one was a corpse,allmight killed him the last time they fought,which is why when he first appears in the manga hes dangling like a hanged corpse. He was brought back from the dead

All Might knew he was too dangerous to live even locked up in prison which is why he killed him in the past also that still doesn't explain the rewind timer they put him on that actually killed him not to mention the other Irredeemable Villians like muscular who they decided to not kill only to have them break out and kill more innocent lives and Heroes especially children including how Trash For One planned it from the beginning. So Again it was due to the plot of why they especially All Might didn't kill Trash For One when they had the chance

It's not within All Might's jurisdiction as a Pro-Hero to kill Villains like All For One *after* they have been thrown in Tartarus. So even if All Might wanted to kill AFO, it was already out of his hands. The same is true with the Prison Guards; they can't kill inmates unless the inmates rebel, and All For One, for the most part, just sat in his cell peacefully prior to the breakout. If Tartarus wanted to enact the Death Penalty on AFO, they would have had to go through the proper channels, which could take years, and All For One was only in prison for about seven months.
