The crazy thing is she hasn't aged like a typical white woman and she doesn't appear to have any plastic or synthetic element in her face either. There have been a few outliers in the western cinema like her but it is worth noting how rare it is.
No I wish I hadn't read this indidnt k ow she died..isntnthere a chsnce they will bring her back THIS ISNSCI FI AFTER ALL..they brought back Ming Na Wen surely it's very possible they bring her back too..
I like how they actually gave her modest clothing and a personality instead of merely objectifying her. Twi'lek's in Legends were always portrayed as only having good looks and being subservient, but in canon, we have many strong Twi'lek characters like Hera Syndulla and Garsa Fwip. It's tragic she was killed off so soon - she was a fun and well-written character.
Actually, in Legends Twi'lek's were only viewed that way because they were a popular slave race. It's why Aayla Secura wore a revealing outfit, to show she can wear the traditional clothes her people wear while also showing she was capable of being a Jedi Knight.
Man this show is the definition of wasted potential, characters I want to see more getting reduced to atoms while jokesters like that scooter gang are still around. lol
If Garsa Fwip were a real twi'lek and hadn't been killed and if I existed in the Star Wars universe as a different person, the two of us would meet, get to know each other, fall in love and eventually have a child that would be half human and half twi'lek just like Hera Syndulla's son Jacen.
