@@Raymacher "50% broken/50% pure evil" because of the things you mentioned, I did not classify Doofy as a broken villain, since he shows that he enjoys every murder and how he takes everything he does as a joke.
The crazy man has no motives beyond playing Billy's game and the theory that he is homosexual and likes his partner in murder. This theory falls apart because before Stu dies he makes it clear that he was in love with the protagonist, Sidney. Stu Macher has no reason to be a murderer beyond the lack of mental stability he shows in the film and the out of place comments he makes in front of Sidney and company.

If you review the visual language and scenery of Scream; We can see several direct messages showing us how the parents treat their eldest son, Stu. The clearest example is the poster in the kitchen of the Macher house where the parents apologize to their son for forgetting to celebrate his birthday, leaving a rather poor and mocking message. If I remade this video I would classify Stuart as 'Influenced(broken and pure evil)'.
