The sound quality is top notch infact better than many earphones I have tried from brands like JBL and Sony. If you tune it good it's just so soothing to listen music to it. Also I found that it has something like a spatial audio thing. Sometimes music listening on it feels like I am in a theatre listening live.
OMFG.. ty for those EQ settings.... quality went up. Only had them for 2 days but loving them. Do miss my old hammerhead v2 wired but someone stole them. These are much better
These are right at my price point and tick pretty much all my boxes. Is there any other suggestions at this price point you would suggesting looking more into? Suggestions from anyone is welcome.
Had them since christmas, before that I had the airpods pro (and had many problems with battery life) typical apple and I personally will never buy one of their products again. I have to say these are absolutly fantastic though, the sound quality is fantastic especially when your phone has dolby atmos, they are amazing for music and imo are more comfortable than the airpods pro. I'm a very heavy user and I never have battery issues they last very long (I rarely use the rgb feature) and they charge super fast. These pair instantly with my galaxy a52s and even have a little animation on the screen. The case doesn't feel as nice as the airpods pro but it far more durable, I've dropped it several times and there hasn't been one scratch. The airpods on the other hand scratched and faded even if you looked at them the wrong way. In conclusion I would 100% recommend these and I absolutly love them.
And guess what, these Hammerhead V2's even last longer than AirPods 2 and Pros. Not only that, you can customized the EQ. But straight out of the box, expect a decent sound! Great reviewwww Edit: Forgot to mention the mic quality. It is better than Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, & Pro and Sony WF-1000 XM4's. And yes, ANC and Transparency are just good enough, but don't buy these if you want to have the best ANC.
@@amosgilchiong8982 If you're not looking for the best ANC and if you want a decent pair of TWS mainly for gaming that can also perform very well for music and movies then, yes, buying these gen 2 is a good idea.🙂
The RGB is lit but the connection on mine was not really stable. Sometimes I can't connect to the Bluetooth idk why. I havent drop it yet or anything. And the build in material is not really worth the price. I still recommend other brand. Razer is good for their gaming headphones not earbuds.
Hammerhead TWS X is the closest to original one If you compare it to the original it would be graet considering the X had the same open fit as the original razer TWS
I got a question for you. The razer hammerhead true wireless 2nd gen is being sold at $55.03 here in my country. And its on a gamestore which sells authentic gaming devices. Then there's the asus rog cetra tws which is sold at $82.58. Which should I go?
The GEN 1 I got so sick of the crackling noise on my left after 2 months usage The warranty claim is such a tedious process by them too , I threw them away and nvr looked back.
@@amosgilchiong8982 I only use them for listening music. The mic works atleast on gym if I get a call while cycling. So they are ok for phone calls but I have no experience about gaming
What is the noise cancelling like when on phone calls? Do they block all the surrounding sound so the person I'm talking to can hear me and not hear everything else?
I still think that a new pair of earbuds should have great sound without a EQ or a App. And I agree with u on the price increasing $ should have had a lot more features. I believe that they still have ways to go with the Pro & Cons. Of course I still have a hard time using stems, anywho Keith when are u going to do the new Sony's dude!!!😂 I know a lot of creators have already done them but I still would love for u to give your honest opinion, pretty please🙏🤣, another great video from u, Thanks!😎
The stem doesn't look as bad in my case, but airpods pro look a lot less, even with the color white, but the problem is the compatibility with Android as I use an ipad and an android phone
I play valorant just fine with them! Definitely need gaming mode enabled and I can’t tell if there’s latency or not. In normal mode you can definitely hear and see the delay.
Great video I was looking for just this. One thing I am concerned about is are they loud ? I love my music pounding and honestly my AirPods Pro aren’t loud enough for me.
The wireless X lacks the in ear form, don’t have rgb and as a result of no in ear form get destroyed quicker because they don’t sit in as reliably. The wireless X also lack any noise cancelling and have slightly worse audio quality
@@amosgilchiong8982 I would say so since last time I checked razor hasn’t made an updated wireless x. Though X are cheaper so they’re still decent if you’re on a budget.

will one side of the earbuds not work like the previous gen. I had this constant issue with the last gen when one sides just wouldn't work. I exchanged it and staff were unsure what the issue was.
Quick question on the charging: Say you use the out of the box mobile phone chargers with USB-C connection (like for Oneplus 8 Pro), will it cause some problems with the device since it doesn't support "fast charging"?

Nah, while the app does give the earbud power level, the case’s power level can only be gauged by the tiny light indicator that either shows green, yellow or red
@@paultiu3212 I mean all this razer hammerhead 2nd gen have this "problem" I tried draining the bud with the app opened and one day, the left one drained faster and other day the left drain faster but it was the right earbudb that actually drained faster
It's worse in many ways, the main problem is the fit for many people. For me personally they just fall out of my ears. They cost less because you dont get any ANC or ambient and you dont get fast charginh
Anyone else experiencing disconnection issues when in a video call using these? Also when ANC is on and I hit a bump while driving, the music I listen to gets disrupted for a second or two
You made subtle good points with this video but i don't know if was necessary to be that merciful about it ! When anyone hears about this brand's name is clear that's made for gaming .. what are the main things from one of the top brand to pay attention ? - SOUND 1st (with no quality from the box anyone will be quickly disgust) - where for me they clearly FAIL- as you said the sound is mess up (on PC i try with EQ with no result) - COMFORT 2st (with no comfort, good battery life and sound quality is in vain ) - fair comfort - BATTERY LIFE 3st (with all this 3 main things anyone can own the public) - avarage The rest of the facts lights ... design is more for competition not for performance ... I was near to change all my gaming gear using this brand .... but a 360 degree happened after purchasing only of a wireless mouse and this earbuds ... very disappointed For my gaming i'm using some old waaaay cheaper wireless in-ear headphones - Creative Outlier Sports - (are not even for gaming) from where this guys can learn a lot about sound quality ... i mean you create a mobile app for the product but was THAT hard to support also PC users? .. omg ! Buyer BEaware. These headphones have no volume control. You have to reach in your pockets while driving and control the vollume from your phone. pft...what a load ....waste of money...also, people are complaining that the left air buds die i bought 8$ headphones from china last year and all you had to do to control the volumes was simply tap on the ear bud
weak bait mate. You can even see in the manual at 8:42 that there is volume control built in. Also why would you use earbuds while driving? don't you have speakers in your car?
@@kiddhkane uhuh unfortunately it doesn't work and razer said there is nothing you can do about it. You can buy them and try them if you want. Also , the voice screams really hard and says "volume low" and "bluetooth connected" . if you want to damage your hearing, go ahead.
