I think it might have been something like a media day because they all seemed well lit. I think they are normally much darker but I could be totally wrong.
must be a safety issue, the fog was only used in outdoor spaces where it can disperse. indoors it might collect and make people unable to safely navigate the area

I liked the rich settings and how well they took advantage a lot of us are even less inclined toward people up in our space. Really took great opportunity with the sprawling outdoor maze too! It's fun seeing how the different haunt experiences craft different haunting styles
Aftermath 2 was literally jaw dropping. Reminded me of something you'd see at Universal Studios. Loved the uniqueness and the facade of the police station was just so well-executed.
Some cool rooms and sets, but nothing disappoints me more than actors who are basically just normal looking people with some black paint smeared around their face. The best houses have great masks and outfits for all their actors. Using the same mask for multiple actors in the same house and having minimal black paint for the rest feels low budget.
I was thinking the exact same! I went to SFFF in 2019 and was... kinda underwhelmed. I had more fun in the scares i got on my own than most of the houses from scare actors..
The first three were empty of actors, i never been to fright fest or any haunted house before and seeing it be empty was kinda a let down. I sorta liked the ghostobers one cause it seemed like a pick your path of scare. The random employees in reds revenge pointing people where to go confused me and the story for reds also had me like is this supposed to be red riding hood but different to say the least I was lost trying to figure the story behind it. Sewer of souls was odly quite there were a few sounds in the haunt but it just seemed dead audio wise other than the girls screaming in front/behind the person again we encounter more employees in the haunt. Aftermath was cool for a while it felt like something out of universal. Some employees in that haunt seemed like they didn't know what sounds or things to do to be scary rawer being one of them that came off as plain silly. All and all if i were to visit fright fest i would do aftermath and not the other haunts since aftermath seems like it has story put together and its easy to fallow.❤
The lady at 4:50 I genuinely thought that she was a mannequin!! 😮🤣 Having Two live mannequins in the room really threw me, I shrieked but the videographer never even appeared to jump!!! 😮 Flippin Awesome video, thank you 😊😊😊
Vault 666 has the exact same problems but I'm guessing so many people we're in there doing something wrong because of the amount of regular employees that we're in they're.
I’ve stopped going to haunted houses ever since my anxiety attacks and me fainting has gotten worse. If I went thru this I’d pass out from chest pains.
Hi. It’s actually dark. We use a camera that can see more than what our eyes can see. This channel specializes in low light attractions POV. If we were to use a regular camera or smartphone to film the video will be too dark to see on RU-vid.
I went! It was super fun but I don't remember much because I had my head down in my hoodie while clutched onto a friend the whole time. 10/10 would recommend
I’m going in two week I hope it’s more amped up cuz I love being scared it’s funny more than anything thank you for this I am looking forward to this so much
I' may be just way too desensitized but I would seriously ask for a refund , I wish I was in charge of these haunts. I took my family to one of these pre covid and the poor actors we were the very first group of the evening and we all walked through with no one able to scare us we mostly just looked at the decor getting ideas and talking about how they could do better. We heard one actor saying that family sucked I thought we did a good job they didn't even flinch.
I actually appreciate the lack of jump scares. They're kind of a copout. It's much better to just be scarier overall instead of going for cheap tactics.
Is it just me who doesn't get it but all the actors do is lunge and go "WAA!" and then immediately go back to their position lol I would flinch, yeah. But is it "scary" ? The sets are so gorgeous, it's a bit disappointing that the "scares" are kinda meh. Also omg they need to space out the guests more. In the second Haunt, you could see the mechanical scares reset themselves from the previous person lol

Bro the part with the ladie sin the black dress was horrible positioning I could see the jumpscare from a mile away, they took too long to get back in position after scaring the group in front

The set designs are soo good. It’s sad they are so wide open at times. A lot of the scare is lost because the ceilings are so high and the spaces are so wide. Also, The actors have lack luster scares. But WOW! Those sets tho!!

Indeed, it seems like most of their haunts at most of their parks are thrown together nonsense. It also doesn't help that most of the actors mainly just scream get out at you
There seems to be a lack of actors and not nearly as freaky as universal's Halloween horror nights but that's probably because its six flags. Good video tho, anything horror is enjoyable.
Horror nights sucked balls massively. It was all the same crap just a bunch of loud of a sudden music and someone comes out to scare you. It became super repetitive and you really have to be someone who scared easily to actually make your money worth it. I hated it a lot. Basically just wait for 120mins or 90mins to see the same crap just in a different lighting or environment /: the only one that was rather okay and different was the purge it was pretty cool
Former MM employee. From what I heard from a friend in entertainment, they had about 100 actors a month before FF opened, but they needed 500 minimum. Every department in the park has been badly desperate for people this season
