I will will tell you for a FACT, that outside of custody, that person has no such right. And I will also tell you that in my own case, never been convicted or charged of any crime, I have a biopsy scheduled. It took 6 MONTHS to get. I would have been seen much faster if I was in prison.

I am sure someone in her position as a judge and critical community leader that she has a network in place to ensure this person, or any “trans” person under these circumstances, is not just raping women everyday lmfao like “oh hey mr warden i know personally from undergrad that came to my wedding, this prisoner is on the way over and you may want to apply extra attention.” Lol
