Kinda of surprised by the chef who struggled with plating the sauce. I'm assuming anyone on this show would've watched quite a few episodes. I feel like she could've just done the very common technique of putting a glob of sauce on the plate and running the back of a spoon through it to make it look fancy.

Idk how Antonio thought that was a good plating idea. Maybe it would've gone over well if the guest judge was Michael Myers or something.
