Well yes around 1/350 old chance is 0.56% new chance is 0.571% it just a little bit higher chance and it probably be annoying of trying to get it while there 8 lights of hellion there, so good luck getting it

All are the skins drop from hellion, each lights (except apophis) is for each mode in identity side (K+ M) in order is Yellow (Prime Identity side), Red (Anarchy E), Pink (Nexus R), White (Allveria T), Blue (Prevalence Y), Purple (Apotheosis U), Green (Odyssey F) and Black (Omertosa G). For Hellion is on Paragon (Spectrum side Y + M), Apophis is for Chaos (Spectrum T). You can turn on/off Keys Hint in settings and go to interface.
You can still get Novelure by type "They have gone through suffering." in the chat as velnorum, for Scintillas you can't get it right now it moved to new up coming crafting system and congrat on getting velnorum
