@@surensingh9545 completing the stage. The gold enemy is recorded on the stage after beating it. You should have a gold icon on the stage if you did it successfully.

THANK YOU, finally got this last Achievement Worst parts: Golden Capital Act 2 (Fang steals your Chaos Emeralds, so no Super Form) and Egg Fortress Act 2 (clipping through the floor in the last boss, how sweet)
Nice guide! This achievement is a pain, clear the stage without die after find the golden enemy, specially Press Factory and beyond until the end stage. At last isn't with Trip 😂
Finally beat Egg Fortress Act 2 after doing the Infinite Super Form glitch. Whew! Now I need to get back to the previous acts to beat the other golden enemies. At least I'm done with the hard one.
Just got the golden robot in Golden Capital 2 and so far it was the hardest one. This is where you get your Chaos Emeralds stolen by Fang, so no Super Form. Also, the floating platform segments which resemble Aladdin's Rug Ride, if you get hit there there's a good chance your rings will fly off the screen.
So can confirm that all the gold enemies appear in Trip's Story also (if you didn't get them in the Main Story). And they are all in the relatively same location-ish...except for Pinball Carnival Act 1. For some reason, in Trip's Story, this one is located super far from where the one in the Main Story was located.
Because there is no life counter and so there's no game over that makes the player start from the beginning. an sonic team to make a game that's not too much easy it makes something harder than the life counter thing because it's like hardcore playing with only one life and players tha might not like infinite attempts especially collector players would be feed with enough spicy stuff and i actually liked it but still "why?": in fact it is not the game over that makes you start over but rather the fact of having lost the chance to complete the level with the object obtained. kinda smart, ngl.
@@DanielDXso, if i wonder around in my original save (which means i have finished the game and defeated the final boss) it wont work? I need to start a new save?
@@Jason-..-just killing the enemy and then beating the level without dying from that point onwards should be good, it registers that you have killed the enemy after beating the act
I used Tails but for the final boss act 2 i used amy for her ability to double jump! Made the final boss fight so much easier. She destroys the red missiles as well as i did the 2nd part with 3/4 hits then blue emerald avatar for another 2 hits.. went super during last 1/4 of stage with insta shield kept.
Start a new file and select Amy. In her opening cutscene, take a close look at her mouth. If it become completey white for a second you have the old version, if it's being normal you have the patched version.

@@dinosaursfor4709 Checkpoints won't save the destroyed gold enemy, unfortunately. That means you need to clear the level without dying once, after destroying the golden enemy.
@@jamie-bc1nuIf you still have the un-patched version, use Trip to play the stage. You can get exactly 50 rings before the stage gets hectic. Use the Stay Supersonic Glitch. Then the final boss is a breeze. Just remember for the 6th hit of the 2nd Phase deactivate Dragon mode. If you hit him in Dragon mode for his last hit, you will fall off the platform and die in the cinematic. Happened to me😓. Lol
You can just select the stages in the hub world, without creating a new save file. After destroying the gold enemy and finishing the act without dying, a little icon appears in the stage selection of the act.
All i have to say is, Egg Fortress 2 is the worst. The boss is so hard. You'll need to become super to have a chance but even that is hard because there's so much stuff able to hit you.
