Colby & Jack were so generous to combine their cheesiness! 5:23 Monterey Jack sounds like a sketchy gambler name while Colby Cheese just doesn’t have a catchy ring to it. But “Colby Jack” just sounds delicious, and possibly like a possible designer brand name, honestly.

So much nostalgia associated with it also remembering my Great Grandma handing me paper thin fresh slices from the local deli that were bigger than my head when I was a little girl. As a Wisconsinite, cheese comes with the territory! I recently had a cheddar sampler with all different kinds from a small farm about 50-60 miles from where I live. I had a friend pair some wines with them, and while "fancy eating" is way over my head, I really enjoyed them!

Cream cheese....you can do everything with it. It's good in hot dishes, pizzas, etc. Or even more to love in a cheese cake. By far the best cheese! (Little secret, I love so many cheeses!)

Yes to All Clad unless it’s nonstick. The non stick doesn’t hold resale value because it doesn’t last very long. Stainless steel cooking service however is always a BOLO is priced right. They last forever. Still using some my all clad fry pan I got in 1986! Favorite cheese is a Philly local vegan cashew based cheese from a local chef Miss Rachel’s Pantry.
