All in 1 BeatBot AquaSense Pro Robot Vacuum / Skimmer How to Guide 

Update I use an alternative email and it works. I have received a replacement, because the wheels on the first one I purchased broke off. And so far, the Beatbot AquaSense Pro; has performed just as advertised; cleans floor, the walls and the water line and yes comes to surface of water and skims surface; like a partially immersed submarine. It also climbs my 3 steps leading into my pool. The clarifying kit also dispersed the clarifying agent. And yes comes to rest at edge of pool for retrieval after cleaning cycle. It weighs quite a bit. I have a bench inside my pool, and it climbed it as well and did its thing. It misses the four corners of my pool (which are curved at bottom); so you will have to brush that manually. Which is not a big deal for me. Cleaning Grade(1 to 10) 10 the best. Floor = 9.5 Walls = 9 Water line = 9 Surface = 7 The App didn’t map the cleaning cycle; I have notified the company and was told, because I have curved edges, and they are working on improving the App. Customer service is excellent. They picked up/ and returned all my calls and replied all my emails. My overall rating/ experience. Yes this machine is very expensive but It’s a good cordless robotic cleaner for a lazy guy like me. I don’t mind doing the minor touch up, like brushing the edges. My only concern is how long will it last, I guess time will tell, since this robotic cleaner is new on the market. So I have officially joined that trial guinea pigs. 😁

Mine doesn't do walls at all not able to climb a wall and on the water it is not working properly, cleaning and then after few seconds relesing all the dirt back on water?? Do I need to use app or is it optional?

Update 3.0 The motor runs for about 2mins while charging it and then will stop. It wasn’t doing that at initially. I have notified them of it via email. I got a reply, the Engineering team will get back to me.
