That little scene after Hizuru's death when Shinpei turns the gun on his head and tries to shoot himself to loop again is one of my favorite scenes from the show. While we see him acting in a rather rational manner and looking at things from a more objective perspective, this scene, small as it is, shows that he too is nothing but human, letting himself get overwhelmed by his emotions from time to time, just like anyone else. I've been waiting for the moment Ryuunosuke goes into Shinpei for a long time now. Here we gooooooooo ^^

RIP Hizuru. Slamming fools down with her sledgehammer that was only slightly heavier than the tig ol bitties she was carrying throughout the show

This was a lose lose situation, if he didn't loop it would be Mio to die with everyone else, the only one who would maybe stay alive is Hizuru's brother and that's a maybe, so the loop was a correct decision, but sadly he couldn't save everyone

Sheera it wasn't dumb, if he didn't loop Mio and a bunch of others would've died And don't forget that aizen wants him to keep looping in order for him to lose the power and die

I was waiting on this one. I mean I guess we had to lose someone sometime because we know he's got very few resets left and he can only go back so far from where he leaves. Hizuru was my favorite character. I'm excited to see Shinpei turn up with Ryuunosuke

Hizuru was gonna die whether Shinpei looped then or not, it was mainly about saving all the others, including Ryuunosuke, even though Shinpei didn't necessarily know that at the time. Side note, the x-ray being like a bag of chips comment was hilarious lol.

I never imagined myself cry this much for hizuru, that moment when ryuunosuke left her body for shinpei was painful beautiful, that light I'm sure it's ushio but power up ushio, can't wait to see how shinpei will use ryuunosuke

When they tease 'death flags', though you still kinda brush it off as just more for tension setting, but the character actually dies (in a way that seems like they can't come back) - *surprised Pikachu face* Though I'll fully accept her death by the end of the series, like if they have a memorial type of scene for her. lol

I thought it was dumb too at first but either way, everyone died in the previous loop. Shinpei at least saved Mio and Sou on this one.

Snipei was aware of the downsides of looping again, but if he hadn't then Sou and Mio would be permanently dead, and that's not an option for him so he HAD to loop.

When hizuru died, like hands down, she was my favorite character and shide (aizen, lol) is truly a final boss,and when her shadow died, I thought she couldn't return, but when you guys talk about it, it got me thinking and it may happen, but what was the funniest moment 1. Roshi forgot 2. Lupa comment on shinpei get an x-ray and it has a bag of chips, that was hilarious

Well i just noticed that even when the opening start we only get so hizuru in this beach setting which basically means hizuru's death is permanent

Some episodes ago Shide told that Shinpei didn't know how to control the loopings and I was thinking that sometimes he can go trough memories of another person and when he was seeing the flashback of Hizuru, she heard him when he screamed, soooo maybe, if he learns to control the loopings, he can change a lot more further in the past? I was just thinking about this... if this happens, then he can even save the original Ryuunosuke and Ushio...

I don't know why but I cried the shit out after she died 🥲😭

It was an lose-lose situation for poor Shinpei from the very beginning of the loop when shadow Ushio died. If he didn't loop then Mio (human), Sou and Tokiko would've been permanently dead and in the loop right after he shot himself infront of shadow Mio, time forwarded again (like all the other previous loops) so he lost precious time when he tried to reach Hizuru and the others on the other small island after saving human Mio and Sou (Tokiko was also saved as Shinpei got the whole battle zone before things got too bad like the previous loop). However it also led to Hizuru dying so Shinpei in a way not intentionally made a sacrifice to save more lives. Either way he lost this one battle pretty badly. But he and the others still haven't lost the war against Karikiri and Haine.

I'm like Lupa, I have seen Hizuru dies a lot that I became numb to her REAL death although I'm still expecting Shinbei to be able to control his ability and maybe save everyone?🤔 The other part that raised questions for me is what is it with the clam in Shinbei's pocket? Haine was never scared of the blonde girl before like that, so her retreat for the second time seems unjustifiable. I hope they're not doing this just as plot-armor for MC.
