So as some of you have noticed, pokemon sizes are nonesense. This extends notjust to legendary pokemon, for example, Charizard is only 5'7" tall making it a tad shorter than the average adult. Just thuink of them as being as big as appears sensible, that's what the anime does. However is is worth noting that I think some heights are actually the pokemon's length from nose to tail, mostly for pokemon like Kyogre or Rayquaza especially. Also I've seen a lot of 'why is cosmoem smaller than Cosmog?' comments, this makes sense as cosmog is a nebula while cosmoem is the nebula collapsing on itself to form a sun or moon, stars are hot because all of the matter gets squashed together and start nuclear fusion (short abridged), this is why Cosmoem is super small but heavier than Groudon. What is perhaps worth noting is that Lusamine kicks cosmoem several feet without the use of magic or psychic powers, making her physically the strongest life-form in the games.
