Seeing the Legio of Superheroes appear again made me drop a couple tears. Especially Chameleon and Phantom Girl, wish Lighthing Lad was with them too but at least we got one founding member with them, Saturn Girl
For those un-familiar the covert trio, &/or the Legion of Super-Heroes... *:)* 1.) *_Who are the Legion of Super-Heroes?_** ~* The Legion are the 31st Century spiritual descendants of The Justice League, and in a few Legionnaires' cases, literal (family &/or bloodline) descendants. The Legion are an interstellar Super-Group comprised of Super-Youths from across the galaxy, vigilantly protecting the United Confederacy of Planets against intergalactic Crime and galaxy-threat Evils. The irony of having the Legion in Young Justice is that by comics-history, the Legion long preceded Young Justice in its theme of "Super-Youths" by far; Legion-comics began in *1958,* where-as YJ-comics began in *1998.* 2.) *_Imra Ardeen (Saturn Girl)_** ~* Voiced by *Kari Wahlgren* (reprising the Imra-role from the short-lived [Legion of Super-Heroes (2006 cartoon series)]), Imra is one of the founding and triumvirate leaders of the Legion. - a.) *Backstory ~* Imra is human, but *NOT* Earth-born, hailing from the human moon-colony of Titan ( *>Saturn
@@TEX474 ~ The Legionnaires Covert Trio (Imra, Reep, Tinya) are very likely trying to avoid contaminating the Timeline &/or causing a Paradox. As I wrote in my initial Comment, the Legion are the spiritual successors to the Justice League and other heroes of the 20th-21st Century (the "Heroic Age"); with a few Legionnaires being literal descendants (by family &/or bloodline) of the Heroic Age. So the Legionnaires have to watch their Time Travelling steps, lest they accidentally &/or unintentionally unravel the Timeline, or worse. Case-in-point, even whomever "the Enemy" of the Legionnaires pursuit is, has been moving covertly, in his assassination of Conner Kent (Superboy II). If "the Enemy" did not care about the potential damage to the Timeline, he could have simply teleported in front of Conner and shot Conner in the head with a Kryptonite bullet; but instead covertly laced the Virus Bomb with Kryptonite. Put another way... Both the Legionnaires and "the Enemy" are trying to avoid the Time Travelling mess(es) of the *_'Back to the Future'_* and *_'Terminator'_* film-franchises. *;)* Hope this helps explain/clarify. :)
Based on that final shot of Imra and Reep lazing around with a phone and chips, I assume they're waiting for Brainiac 5 to make a cure for the Kryptonite poisoning Connor suffered from the bomb. In the meantime, Tinya is likely watching over him in the Phantom Zone, the safest place to keep him alive without risk of him dying to the poisoning or his wounds. Nothing much to do but catch up on your favourite 21st century space romp, I suppose XD
@@ProteusChris My best guess is that they are in Hollywood to keep and eye on BB's mental health. Despite not wanting to interfere too much, Imra isn't one to just let somebody suffering deal all on their own.
I am familiar with thes guys But was just surprised to see them Especially saturn girl who was basically under utilised in the TV series 😢 Just happy to see her do something else than to make timber wolf stop losing his cool 😂😂😂
As with most characters in the Arrowverse that are so drastically changed from the comics, the same goes for Tinya, being a metahuman from Coast City (Green Lantern's hometown) instead of an alien from a 4th Dimension planet similar to Earth, and the most obvious one, being from the present instead of the future.
