No extra fee. Hostel not compulsory for scholarship except in few colleges that I have mentioned in the video. You need to pay Examination fee as per university. It is generally 10K per Year.
Add all the colleges you want to your priority list whether there is a chance of getting it or not. Just set your colleges of choice in descending order. Eg. Put IOM at first if you want whether you get it or not. Don't put the college if you don't want that college or put it at the last.
