Hey, at least this series is infinitely more playable and entertaining to watch than Pegasus Challenge!

It’s almost certainly so they don’t have to spend a bunch of money/crafting materials (which *is* money for content creators in master duel) pulling for nonsense cards they will never need or use. This way it doesn’t matter, if one of them randomly has a ton of strong URs at some arbitrary attack value or whatever else could come regarding URs, it’s easier to just toss the problems out the window all together with a simple rule.
