I love me some mythographic books and while my finished pages aren't always spectacular, I can say they're done. LOL! Sheryl Sandberg once said, "Done is better than perfect".

First time watching your videos, very interesting. I have a lot of fun, specially with the hugly page on the Frozen Fantasy book. 😂😂😂...you made my day! Maybe you can add some sparkle in the black transparent "curtain"? and fix the thing, you are so cute, I really enjoy your video, thank you!❤ My favorites pages you colored are the one in 14 min(the Chinese boy on the boat in the flooded city, the Whale and castell withe the black octopuses. Great!

I love that expression “mood hobbyist” - that’s such an apt description. And what alcohol markers do you use which enable you to get such fine detail? I love all of these - thanks so much for sharing.

Hi Jennifer, I generally use my Ohuhu or Sharpies. In my Ohuhus, I have the brush and reg tipped pens but honestly, if you'd look closely, you see that color gets outside of the lines. The pages are so detailed that it usually isn't noticeable but if something is really fine, I'll use a gel or glitter gel pen. Hope that helps and TFW!

"This page is just so horrible; it makes me happy," is a quote to live by x) And yes, I definitely have pages I put thought into that just turned into real flops, while some without any thought at all, turn into "masterpieces". Eh, that's just how it goes^^.

I totally understand what you were saying about being intimidated to color in certain coloring books that are special to you! I've struggled with that so much but I am starting to get better about it! I mean, we buy coloring books because we're inspired by the images on the pages and they are meant for us to add color! You would think that I would color in the books that are special to me even more than ones that aren't as special to me, but I end up doing the opposite, and it makes no sense, I know! But like I said, I am getting better about it, and if I'm not happy with how I color the pages then I can just buy a new copy and have another go at it, and problem solved! lol!

It was worth it to stay in bed and watch it. Great ending. I too keep throwing stuff at the failures... 🤷 I am going to try that blackout technique sometime because I love your octopuses and I've seen it in other people's works in it always looks good 👍😊. Doodle... I'm a huge proponent of STAY IN BED! LOL. I have that mentality that more is more is better but sometimes (especially when coupled with lack of a plan) it just means more. And I highly recommend blacking out items like that. It saves a ton of time and looks striking. TFW my dear!

I like Mythographic books, but I messed up the very first picture I colored in one of them so since this day I am coloring in my other books and gathering the mood for coloring in these again :-D

Are you excited about the new Mythographic books that DON'T have the hidden objects? There's also two Mythogoria books coming out next month. I pre-ordered both as I don't have any horror themed coloring books.

Jeannette, I'm definitely LOVING not having to deal with those hidden objects. LOL. I don't think I'll be getting the Mythogoria books but there's a few more mythographic books that I'll need to see to determine. I saw a flip thru of the new one Mythographic Menagerie on IG (I think it was Fabiana A.'s page) and I wasn't really a fan. It gives me Kerby Rosanes Fragile World vibes and I don't like coloring animals. TFW

I thought cause you and flamingos do not really get along as if they are not creepy enough when flamingos hatch they are white cream-ish as they grow and eat they morph into pink Your creations are insane beautiful I have been coloring all sorts of books just got into the Mythographic series i ordered Odyssey Frozen fantasy and Winter (the one with the polourbear) they have not shipped yet but you know we dive into it feet first can not wait to start good luck coloring dang girl the killer-whale one nice

I wonder why so many colorists seem to think that if something is white [snow; swan feathers] in nature it must be white in the end coloring product. Take the opportunity to imagine a planet with a sun with a different spectrum or atmosphere that filters colors differently or different chemical compounds in the snow. Why not, for example yellow/orange/red toned ignloos?
