The mass of the dumbbell= 10kg Initial velocity of dumbbell= 0m/s Final velocity of the dumbbell=? Height from it falls = 80cm= 0.8 m V^2 = u^2 + 2 as = 0^2 + 2×10×0.8 =4m/s p=mv =10×4 = 40 N answer
