I feel like they've rectified the one issue I have with the current generation - width. The current car looks too tall, whereas, the new gen looks like a much more substantial car.
Hello, I didn't get to hear it no :( Just had a good old look around it. If I ever go stage 3 on mine then it would be a toss up between mountune and revo
got vignale after 8wk wait car is very comfortable, smooth friends all very much like car love spec on it and auto box is very smooth i know it early days but i will aim to get another once 38month pcp finish i like it that much i have driven various makes over years and l have also driven various supercars at track days yes if i won lottery money i would probably get a nissan gtr and porsche 911 turbo s but for me on my current level of cash very happy with fiesta vignale
luke hooper No sir, just the vignale. Being a left hand drive, it wasn't even a UK production model. Probably just one that they pass around to show it off and likely why the infotainment system wouldn't turn on
luke hooper lol indeed, annoyingly they seem to be doing a phased roll out. I'm quite interested to hear the next ST because it will have an active exhaust system I believe, much like the focus RS
I've seen the st line in pictures and it looks good, otherwise it would be a toss up between the Vignale and ST because from the sounds of things they'll both be tipping the £20k mark
Yea i think if i wasn't concerned about power it would have to be the Vignale for the nicer interior as well as outside looks but realistically I'm all about the powa so would be the ST I would buy. I wish they would give us what we all really want - a Fiesta RS! I can but dream
I think the Fiesta Vignale itself has an interior thats better than the current gen Mondeo Vignale. so its a huge step up for Ford in terms of interior fit finish quality and design, and the best part of new Fiesta is ITS BACK SEATS ARE SPACIOUS. I am pretty sure that will give Fiesta the best appreciation more than how it drives, rides, etc
Dave Harrison agree but as a whole this is a car thats far far better than thr outgoing car that FEELS CHEAP. the only thing good about current Fiesta is that its good to drive. rest all is shit, and exterior too of current Fiesta isnt amazing, its just on par with class.
Dave Harrison I am too a 1.0 ecoboost owner and has done over 70k kms with it so far, and will take the new Fiesta over current one anyday. the big reason why VW s biggest seller in Europe is not just because their cars have more practicality, far better interior than Fords as well, and I see the new Ford Fiesta doing the right thing, interior is important, space inside is important, the current Fiesta has easily one of worst interior, worst infotainment system, worst back seat space, worst boot space, as well, but new one has a very LOGICAL design, sure its exterior is the only thing that I see as a slight penalty, but I ll happily trade it for the better interior, space, boot, infotainment, and new 6 speed gearbox and features like Led projectors etc. I sat inside the new Fiesta at Brussels and what an interior it is, felt like sitting inside a Lexus, sure no Audi,Mecedes good but definitely Lexus levels of quality fit finish inside, and felt better than the new Micra and new and Ibiza instantly, which is not thr case with current Fiesta
