I got the elderberry MagSafe apple case with my rebate for my iPhone 14 pro and I love it. I see why it’s a premium price. Also got a MagSafe pop socket.

Bought the clear case but it didn’t work with “find my” on my Wallet (12ProMax). Had a silicone but wasn’t MagSafe. Bought a new one yesterday. Easier to clean than leather. I have a baby & work w/ my hands

For my apple case I use the Elderberry case for my iPhone 14 pro max but for my clear case I use casekoo which is fully protective auntie yellowing, just like the apple clear case it as strong magnets than the apples case and it’s less than half the price of the apples clear case

Have you had any issues with the leather case not fitting snug in the bottom left and right corners? I’ve had two different midnight cases for the pro max and every time I take the phone out of my pockets the phone is popping up in one of the corners. I switched to the silicone case because the material seems to grip and prevent the phone from popping out of those corners. Completely bizarre given I’ve owned plenty of leather cases for the 13 and 12 Pro Max and never had issues like this

probably trying to take off the edges first, if it doesn’t work, gently push the camera out with both hands while holding the sides of the case.

Thanks for watching, Luo! I have not tried the iPhone 14 Pro with MagSafe Duo, but the 14 Pro Max with these cases on work fine with the duo charger. The large cameras do not interfere when charging.

The larger camera on the iPhone 14 Pro does not let the MagSafe duo sit properly on the ring with and without a case. It still works as it should but it does leave a slope/gap. So not flush like all other iPhones. Not sure if that actually impacts anything to do with charging but it is a design flaw

All depends whether you will be using MagSafe accessories or not. If you don't plan on getting anything MagSafe, then that is your answer. Personally, I enjoy using the MagSafe wallet so when I tend to use a case, I put a case on that supports MagSafe so I can still attach my wallet to it.

Good video! Would say for people like me who suffer from flashing light effects at minuet 4:00 a differnet scene transition would be appreciated. Or add a quick warning triangle so we know which part to skip past or close our eyes. Great content though, i liked the review of the apple cases

Spiegen has basically a one for one copy of the clear case except it covers the bottom completely. Defiantly a better option than apples clear case for that reason. You can also get the MagSafe in the white like apple, or black to blend with darker phones better.

I got the Apple leather case for my 14Pro. I also got the DistilUnion wallet, but unfortunately I don’t like the added weight of the wallet. I’ve used an iPhone wallet for for several years, but now I’m trying just keep my iPhone wallet in my car. Most places I shop take Apple Pay, and when I’m at a drive-through I use the credit card I keep in the car. I have a scan photo of my driver’s license, which I rarely have to show. The physical license also stays in my car. So basically I shouldn’t have to keep the wallet attached to my phone unless I’m going out of town.

I’m going to go naked no case and just ink wallet. I have Apple Care Plus so don’t know why I always feel the need to case it. I’m very careful as it is with my iPhones 📱📱

Thanks man. I too have the Deep Purple. I have never used an official Apple Case on my iPhone before so I though I might go with one this time around. After seeing your video I decided not to go with apple because the cases provide little to no protection. Knowing me and my handling of the phone I’m gonna need protection. 😂 Looks like I’ll be sticking to the Otterbox Defender Pro Series again.

I switch back and forth between the Elderberrh Sikicone and Ink Leather, but I’m consider to get the Lilac Case to go with Dark Cherry Wallet and Purple Phone for something to Stand Out. The elderberry and ink are very boring and bland colors. I do love both of the cases for their own reasons. Leather case has the best grip. Never slips ever. It patinas and looks better over time unlike both of the others. And it has Aluminum Buttons, super Clicky. The silicone case is silky soft smooth to the touch and I love holding the phone for this, but it does get slippery. It has better colors, and It also has better drop protection. But they silicone collects dust and fingerprint too easy, and the leather is pretty much fingerprint Proof. But the leather starts to not feel so good in my hands after a while, that’s when I’ll switch. I really do like both more than any other case. I’ll always go with Apple Cases, they can keep that Clear Case though, it breaks and cracks when you drop it, and it doesn’t protect the bottom of the phone it’s cut open, no good.

Hey thanks for sharing. I like the color of the silicone and it seems to hold the wallet in place better with less slip vs using the leather case. Do you fee a difference? I can’t find any pics of what the dark cherry wallet looks like with the silicone elderberry case. But the silicone collects dust and shows fingerprints? Wow that’s crazy. You got me thinking now

I wish I had kept one of the silicone case that I used and it tore up from the corners. The one I showed in this video I barely used because I started to use Nomad cases for the 13 Pro Max. The leather one that was shown in this video was from the 12 Pro Max. I feel that year it went through some battles though, lol. Normally I keep my cases in pretty good condition bc I don’t often drop my device. That leather case went through rain, various pockets, baseball bags, dropped on concrete, etc. and luckily nothing cracked on my device so it did the job. As stated in the video, I feel like these cases are for those that want that minimal feel and may rarely drop their device. If you work out in the field where you need some heavy duty protection, these are definitely not the ones to get.

A little late but I’ve used both the silicone and leather case and honestly they’re quality is awesome. Protected my 13 from drops even on the street! No complaints with either one. You can definitely do worse with other cases. Highly recommended the apple cases.

The silicone case in Elderberry shows fingerprints and grease terribly. Never seen a apple silicone case do it like that color. Had to return. But I now have the Leather one in the INK color and am very happy with that!

The color of the leather one in this video is called ‘Ink’. I’ll say it’ll be the closest one to purple though in certain light it looks very dark almost black/dark blue. Then other times it looks dark purple.
