Well done. I grabbed it on the Spring Sale in April 2024 and I am enjoying it. The more I use it the more I like it too. It's got a really nice workflow, and with AUv3 support, very flexible. Thanks!
I’m glad you are liking it. I agree on the workflow and auv3. Thanks for watching and getting something out of the video. I don’t think there has been an app I have used more than
Nice vid. Noticed you’re rockin Madrid, how have you liked it? I’m debating picking it up to upgrade my bass sounds. Currently go to Korg Module Pro basses for natural bass patches. Is Madrid much better?
I like Madrid. I mix it with some of the synths bass patches and it sounds more like a real bass that way. It does take some tweaking, but the results are pretty great
I think Zurich is a free one if my memory serves me right.if so definitely get it as you can record external stuff, synths mics decks guitars straight into the project. I’ve had hours of fun recording on 16 bar long tb303 tweaks straight in. Then when you move the start point of the waveform you can find loads of happy 😃 accidents in acid.
I actually forgot about Zurich after getting Sydney. I will double check the differences for importing audio and maybe do a comparison video at some point. I I def liked the Zurich flaws when trying match up the audio to the midi notes with different timings on the scenes. Love that happy acidents
@@michaelnervOus Zurich is just a wav recorder with gui that gives it that reel to reel appearance but it really helped make Gadget more like a proper DAW and it works great when you want to build audio loops.
@@michaelnervOus Maybe I can detail further ? Did you make music with your brother many years ago. And you were inspired by the sound of dance floor music you Imitated with your voice like boom-cha boom-cha during a Korg Gadget instructional video of some 30 minutes long ? Please tell me but anyway 🙏 thanks, I like your style of making videos all but boring 🙂
That would not be me, I would make music with a friend but not a brother. Now i’m curious of the video…my music was dance inspired for the Korg ds-10 and sometimes gadget (depending on the mood and gadgets). unless i called the friend my brother lol. I appreciate the feedback on the videos, nice to hear someone enjoys them as they are fun to make!
@@michaelnervOus I would show you that video but it has been deleted. Thanks for your detailed answers. Anyway, it has been a pleasure meeting you and I’m sure we will get in touch again. Greetings from Belgium 🙂
@@AviationMusic A pleasure here as well and yes feel free to post links in comments to your music or videos. I'm all about meeting and seeing what ppl are up to
