I was actually looking into the 2020 Escape plug-in hybrid. Ford really stepped it up on their new vehicles, making them very upscale and luxurious. I was never really too fond of Ford vehicles, but I must admit they are definitely growing on me.
Hey, Anthony! I agree. Ford really stepped up their game with this all-new 2020 Escape. The overall exterior design is very attractive, with a tasteful hint of sophistication. I'm not too fond of the "friendly" front fascia appearance, nor the somewhat "hollow" interior plastic choices, but I'd have to wait until I conduct more of a thorough review of one before I make final judgments. All in all, the Ford Escape is a well-rounded vehicle, and the Ford brand has definitely been growing on me lately. I hope I can have the chance to review an Escape Plug-in for you. Ford is claiming that it should be available for consumers starting in the Spring of this year! Hmmm... Very interesting... I've been reading up about this on some forums, and it seems like some 2020 Escapes have them while others don't. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason linked to it though... Wish I could help. But, I would definitely reach out to your local dealer to see what the deal is with the rear cargo shades. I have my 2020 Ford Escape SE in black for a little bit over a year. I just loved the smooth ride and even using Apple Car Play in it. I even liked the black grill on the black exterior.

Agreed. The rims on this SEL model look very attractive looking. I think they suit the vehicle perfectly. As far as the exterior design goes, I really like the 2020 Escape from all angles except the front fascia. I am just not a huge fan of the "friendly" gaping mouth that the new Escape boasts. But what's funny is the fact that I find the rear fascia angle to be one of the most attractive looking rear-ends out of all its competitors. ...so I guess it's a toss-up because that rear 3/4 angle looks absolutely stunning on the 2020 Escape in my opinion. Same here! The diamond pattern is rather unique and makes the vehicle look more visually appealing to those detail-oriented type of people. Also, yes! That red color looks great on the 2020 Escape. I think my favorite color is still the blue that was shown in this video, but that red is definitely a close second.
