For the scavenger hunt I think that when you add the numbers together 53 + 24 =77 which is a angel number and plus if you go to area 77 it is haunted mansion so that could be another clue to the hunt! This means that we could be missing the letter “I” to the word "mansion”!

Tried the code 5324 at Preston's shop and it dose nothing, but it may be a date instead, like may 3rd 2024, but that's not likely.
