New wave is one of my favourite music genres, too! I wore New Wave (the lipstick) on a date with my husband last week, and he couldn't stop staring at my mouth. "I'm so glad you got that colour - it looks WICKED on you." Mission accomplished. Thank you, Lisa!
Lisa Eldridge has the magic touch! Up there with Westman Atelier and Chanel, as soon as a launch is announced, I count the days before I can buy them 🤣 I’m hopelessly addicted. Je ne sais quoi and palazzo are my two faves.
Omg....was trying so hard to restrain myself from buying Lisa's new lipsticks. Now I have 3 in my cart! I wish she would do a sample card of all the colors. Does anyone remember those tiny lipstick sample bullets that Avon used to have? Can we talk Lisa into making some!!!
Oh, those adorable little Avon minis! A wave of nostalgia washed over me- playing with the ones my mom gave me… it’s a great idea, and I know I’d buy more if I could try them first.
hahaha, I remember those sample bullets that Avon had!!! My grandma gave them to me when I was 4 to play with when playing dress up, along with a jewelry box full of costume jewelry that she and her friends collected. It was spectacular at the time, although I'm sure might have looked a bit funny from the adults' viewpoint, look!
It's amazing that ALL the shades suited you!! I've never experienced anything like that so I was absolutely surprised .... my flabber has been ghasted 😲 I bought three - two new luscious and one existing luscious shade. Lisa is in a class all by herself as an artist. She has such a keen eye. I have to admit I have purchased about 10 of her lipsticks on launch days. I have naturally pigmented lips so I gravitate much more to her matt lipsticks. They are so comfortable! Michelle you lucky girl- all the shades were awesome on you!

One of my all time fav films and could totally picture that scene you described!! (I looked up the actress Margaret Whitton, sadly died in 2016 after battle with cancer 😞) … all the colours look awesome on you! 💕😊
I bought several of these and am loving them. Something I tried and really liked is dabbing on some Le Mépris in the center of my lips on top of Meet Me in Berlin to make my lips look fuller. Each is gorgeous on its own, and the combo is lovely imo. I also have Je Ne Sais Quois and Strawberry Shock for when I want something brighter. My favorite Luxuriously Lucent from Lisa’s earlier releases is Painterly, which on me (close to your skin tone with slightly less pigmented lips) reads as a slightly cool medium nude tone. Lisa truly is a genius when it comes to undertones in her lipsticks.
Michele you look fabulous in a darker lip!! I love the look but it doesn’t work on me… you pull it off perfectly & I love it!! Great video, thanks for trying all of them on!!

I have three of her lipsticks and they are all amazing. Her site is a dream to order from. Easy to navigate and delivery is incredible. I ordered on the first day of her new release and they arrived (from the UK to Sweden) in 3 days!!
All of the shades looked beautiful on you! Unfortunately, I have very pigmented lips, so I’ve had no luck selecting Lisa’s lipstick shades. The formula is so nice though. Hopefully she’ll do a pop up shop in NYC, so I can try on the lipsticks.

They all work on you - just gorgeous! I bought Palazzo, Meet Me In Berlin, Night Thoughts and Strawberry Shock. I couldn't decide if New Wave would work on me but it looks FANTASTIC on you! The formulas and colors are just beautiful, as usual. Night Thoughts is my current favorite and go to - such a twist on bright summer lips!
Obsessed! Wonder Wheel on you is too good! I am truly taken by what Lisa is doing from makeup to jewelry to her sweatshirt...she is a gift to all us makeup lovers. New faves - Rainbow Spill...though she had released it before....I missed that launch and have waited 2 years for it. My absolute favorite formula is the insanely saturated simply because my poor lips, having gone through round 3 of chemo therapy, are incredibly patchy in color, this formula makes my lips look flawless AND hydrated! Thank god for LISA!

Thanks a million for the swatches Michelle. Wow new wave looks more strawberry on you. It was very violet leaning on me. Very comfortable formula but I returned my insanely saturated purchase it in the end (New Wave and Skyscraper Rose). They stained my lips quite a bit. The brand kindly agreed to return the money after sending back the lipstics. This brand has great customer service. I am really curious to see what new is going to be released by the brand.

I am in the midst of refreshing my makeup and throwing out very old lippies and scouting for replacements. I was checking out LE’s website and figured I had to make it to her pop-up store cos it was hard to tell how it was gonna look on me. I don’t have to now thanks to you. First of all, I love, love, love your blouse. It looks beautiful on you with your dark hair! Every single lipstick shade looked great on you but my #1 favorite shade on you was the second one you tried on, the beigey nude.

Great Lisa Eldridge's lipsticks as always! I must say that I find Strawberry Shock more like an orange-red, than a red with pink though. I'd really love to see a red-pink "neon" one xxx
