Beaver, showcase the RTJP skins in the JW sandbox setting. Apparently the default 1997 and the default 2001 got switched, meaning the default 2001 is the ‘Doe’ and the default 1997 is the Juvenile from JP3. The RTJP has a filter while playing.

Tyrannosaur Bull was a Tyrannosaurus rex that lived on Isla Sorna in the 1990s up to 2001. He was featured briefly in Jurassic Park 3. The name "Bull" comes from the film's script where he was described as a "fully grown bull T. rex." It’s canon to the Franchise

Yes and Rexy is 44 feet long, 16.10 feet tall, and 8 tons. The Spinosaurus in JP3, was 43 feet long, 16 foot tall at the top of the head (19.7 feet tall with the sail), and around 7 tons. Yeah rexy was bigger than the spino

If want to know why the strips r the same for tlw n jp3 it’s coz they used the same animatronic for both films. They just repainted the Rex to be a lighter shade in jp3

Love the bull T. rex skin. The 2001 brownn varient COULD be the doe rex. And the red one could maybe be the novel varient.

I know Frontier said the JP3 rex was more beige than it appeared in film but looking at the animatronic and pretty much everything else, yea it’s definitely green I do like the skin tho, it’s just not the one we all expected

It's honestly not a big thing, because the 1997 Male Rex looks very similar to the 2001 sub-adult rex.

It’s not actually a sub adult but there’s still a noticeable difference in a lighter green and underside tone, it was basically a repaint of the same animatronic after all but if we can get both Male and female tiger stripes, with the females being something most people don’t even know existed surely we should get a JP3 Male skin (Although tbh I’m just going to use the Buck skin for everything I do JP3 related, it’s not exact but it’s the closest we got)

I think I can clear this up, the one that looks like the jp3 t rex, is the dove from the lost world. The one that looks bluish, is the buck from the lost world, because if you research the movie, it will look like the one in game. The one that you say is the buck from the lost world, is actually the jp3 t rex, and the red one is probably an omage to the jp book, because it was red in book. I hope this helps you gaming beaver.

1:33 I wander if it's almost a shout-out to that Bull Rex toy, it's skin was kinda bluish. The pale brown really looks like the Lost World female but the Red one is definitely a reference to the novel rex.

Oh, I LOVE the red-ish variants. I remember being a kid and just playing for hours with this red plastic stegosaurus toy and I loved it because most of the red dinos I had were T-Rexes, but that one was a red herbivore and it was special to me because of that. I'm so glad I can still play with red dinos.

I watched the lost world again. Both rexes mostly appear at night except for the very last scene in the movie. In it, you can definitely tell that one of the rexes (I think it's the female) is blue.

Ok Rexy is amazing, perfect skin and coloration, and same with the green Bull. 2001 is definitely wrong, it should have been green with black stripes, but instead it looks like the Juvie T-Rex toy! Why is the 1997 Blue??? Shouldn’t it have been the female from TLW? 2001 alternate is red, maybe a callback to the novels? Or Is it supposed to be TLW female since it was a kind of red color? Maybe this is good, in JP cannon there were 7 original Rexes bred in 1989, Rexy moved to Nublar in 1992. Then of course there was the bull and doe from 1997, and the Green/Black Rex from 2001. So that’s 4 out of 7 cannon colorations, so maybe these random colorations are the other 3 unknown rexes?

Funny enough revisiting this video made me realize how similar the blue rex is to Big Eatie's skin pattern, maybe that was a foreshadowing from Frontier or actually a reference more to another type of JP media? Who knows, but the other 2001 variant actually looks very similar to Kenner toyline and the novel depictions as many people here in the comments already have stated.

Hey beaver, since you have the attention that most of the community don't, could you try to contact Frontier about the option to rebind the camera angle button on PC ?? My mouse 3 is broken and I can't simply just enjoy the game the way it was meant to, and I'm sure that i'm not the one with this problem Speak for the community about this simple problem, Frontier could fix this in a matter of minutes, even Planet Coaster has this option !! Guys, like this comment so beaver can help the JWE PC community!!

the skins that he doesn't have are Brachiosaurus 1993 B, T. Rex 1993 A from Nublar 1993, T. Rex being the Jurassic difficulty unlock, Parasaurolophus 1997 D, Stegosaurus 1997 B from Sorna 1993 with Stegosaurus being the Jurassic difficulty unlock.

My favorite is The Lost World Male 1997 Pattern and that is the male T.Rex from Lost World, but the 1997 Pattern A is actually supposed to be the 2001 Pattern and the 2001 Pattern they put in was supposed to be the 1997 Pattern A for the Female Lost World Rex. Trust me, not exaggerating, but I’ve seen The Lost World Jurassic Park over 100 times.

Call me crazy, but the first 1997 pattern (the bluish one) is the buck, the 1997 pattern A is the bull from jp3, and the first 2001 variant is the female from the lost world. I know I could be wrong, and I watched the video and James said frontier said that these skins are accurate, but it’s not the first time they mixed up skins... I’m looking at you Nasutoceratops

the normal rex should be about the size of the lost world rexes. And then they should add like a genome that can make ur rex as big as rexy. Cause in JWE (I believe) the rex is Rexy sized which isn’t accurate since rexy was the biggest rex

The blue 1997 red I think is suppose to be the female. She does look like that during the final shot of the film but the animatronic is more brown.... hard to say.
