Bloody Mercenary looks like its referenced to Alucard's gun from Hellsing. And Devil's lament feels looks like Rebellion which is referenced to Dante from DMC(not sure). And deadly notebook is obviously Death note.

Devil's lament is basically like thermal ultra scythe and second life vacuum because it is good for kills and movement but only 75 mobility, charge-dash melee like ultra scythe and no super punch like vacuum

Previous guns relied on a specific theme. It may suck, but only for one. Now I have no idea what this topic is about. The only topic title that came to my mind "Legendary games", but still some of weapons are not fit in this theme. As for the new guns, the design of many of these guns (especially the crossbow) is good. Many of people says that the crossbow doesn't have much damage, which i agree, but lets be for real. We all tired of powerfull op weapons.

Are you saying what they are supposed to look like or what they reference? They're a Bayonetta reference to her and her guns, which is also further proven by the glasses you wear from equipping the weapon and the name "Pixeletta".
