i'm the other neos praising haechan during that voice vlive. despite joking around, he did really well on make a wish and on those parts of jopping that he knew. i hope he gets to rap some more in the future or maybe on his solo album (manifesting).
Yeah he can absolutely debut in a solo album now, but normally artists do that after 6 years in the industry, so hopefully he'll have one next year. Since he's such a good vocalist, dancer, and rapper with amazing stage presence, there really isn't a reason for him to not have a solo album some time in the future.
And now I want to listen to Haechan in a solo RnB song. He can add so much color to his voice, like D.O and Baekhyun do. I like when he covered Ed Sheeran song too.

he has a really nice singing voice. and when he raps he add such a different mood & colour to the song. it's very unique... his low tone voice is very sexy, just like when he sings stronger

please don't attack me, but I feel like the reason they don't give Haechan rap parts is because he's already too talented lol. Haechan is a fan favorite in dancing, hence why he get centers sometimes in dance breaks or dance focused centers. His voice is unique and his vocals are phenomenal that's why he gets lots of lines. If he gets rap parts, for example in Dream when Mark wasn't with them, Jeno, Jaemin, and sometimes Jisung would have few lines. And in 127, since Taeyong and Mark are in charge, I guess it would just look clustered? specially since Johnny is also involved in "rapping" he may have little lines if Haechan gets rap parts.
Op just do compilation of Haechan rap in nct song and members compliment or tell us Haechan also can do rap well especially on their trainee era. Obviously at that time they still practice for every class to improve their talents.. Ofc Haechan will don't do more rap in their song even he can cause his position is vocal. But sometimes for their b side songs need vibe like haechan rap.. He did it well basically in Dream song more.. But just at some part.. Its not Haechan needs to rap more in all their song..
