Yeah picked him up recently and you just gotta really be confident when you go for it. His 1, 3, 3, 3 is one I still can't consistently get but is probably one of the best 10f punishes in the game
@@thatvolvoguy6565i mean you dont really have a good defense as you said you also spam one move and complain that they can counter mids. Like idk bro what do i say to you? You shouldnt be at a point where one move is what decides your whole game, this is tekken bro not cookie clicker 😕
Me and my friend were trying to get the timing down consistently for the 1 3 3 3 for like 30 mins. It was honestly a blast trying to get the timing down for some reason lol
Me too, I like that some stuff is easier to do but instead you get low damage of it Always wanted to use Lee but never really did it cause of his difficulty, now I'm playing him in TK8 and he is so much fun
@@guilhermearaujo4414I played some Bryan on T7 haven’t played him much in 8 cause I’m trying new people but I’m looking forward to getting back around to him, I’ve fought some and the things they’ve added to him are pretty good, and I like his rage art
He also had 33 :4 and he still has this, and d4 :3+4 (I think this is how it worked) d4 into unblockable. Think this last one is gone, but I might be wrong
Visual helps, but its still hard to perfectly follow it only by seeing the visual input showing up. Audio cues usually are more indicative of timing and/or rhythm. Nonetheless, this is still really useful, thanks a lot!
На самом деле там не нужна, не визуализация, не звуковые сигналы, надо просто прочувствовать, и понять тайминги, мне этим и нравиться теккен, как и в жизни в единоборствах, всё приходит автоматически, на рефлексах если долго заниматься этим
When doing B 1 2 JF do this instead B 1 1+2 When doing B 1 1 2 JF do this instead B 1 2 1 2. When doing F 4 1 JF do this instead F 4 1+2 Works for me everytime.
@@teryozxc Bro, you a godsend! A noob here and picked Lee recently. Your B1 1+ 2 , and F4, 1+2 method works flawlessly each and every time. Pure magic !! The second one B1 2 1 2 doesn't work at all for me though, is there a different timing to it? Do you have any other such workarounds for other JF/Harder moves like 33 4 JF? Please also paste your comment to the main chat, this reply here is far too below and doesn't even become visible until one go through all comments. Thanks a lot :)
@@acehood9953 Just button mash ~ 🤣🤣🤣 No really, I started practicing timings of 3 moves only at a time, 3 moves that I like and use all the time, start from there ~ 😁
@acehood9953 Listen to the timing on the move demo for some of them. They all have unique timings, but I would say only a couple of them are generally hard. If you're having trouble with moves like Acid Rain (1333 input) or Mist Trap (334 input) I heavily recommend the video that imyourfather made for it in Tekken 7. That video helped me get a lot more consistent with the timing for Acid Rain which is a great 10 frame punish. It's mostly just practicing the timing of the moves you need. Go at your own pace and find a good rhythm for the moves, you can try to think of the drums from move demos in your head or whatever noise gets you that rhythm. Not every move needs to be just frame inputted so don't worry if you can't hit every single one of them (some of them are just small damage increases anyway). If youre new I recommend picking just a handful of moves to practice, like 2 or 3 moves. Don't get discouraged Lee is definitely one of the more difficult characters to improve with, but with time and dedication you got this.
Also Acid Storm as TWO Just frames. Press 3, 3 times into a 4. and also 3, 5 times into a 4. The difference is that the first doesn't tornado, making it really good for wallsplatting!
Lee has been one of the hardest Tekken characters since the first game, but the fact that now he has Just Frame moves makes him even harder in Tekken 8! He didn't have them in Tekken 1-7. Acid Storm, one of my favorite Lee moves, now has a Just Frame version, that if executed, he will say "Perfect!" instead of a cockerel scream.
Wait what about Acid Rain? that one's super important; having a 10-frame punish that guarantees 48 damage (by following it with up-back 3)? Lee's just-frames make him a terrifying punish-based character... if you can be consistent. Otherwise he's just normal scary.
Please correct if I’m wrong. There are 4 types of just frames. 1. Hit just frames: input the next button the moment the previous input hits the opponent. 2. Input just frames: inputting a button and a direction at the exact same time, like electric wind god fist. 3. Quick/lightning just frame: self explanatory 4. Delay just frame: inputting as late as possible without going back to neutral.
Just try and press the next input in the moment the previous hit hits: Numbers: inputs Leters: impact 1 2 3 4 A B C D Notice that the second input is pressed during the first impact by being on the same line (vertically).
There were some characters in tekken like eddy, hwoarang, lee, lei, raven etc where i never touched punch buttons. Eddy and hwoa were for obvious reasons and for lee it was the machinegun kick.
Funny complex combinations still exist ! I noticed something some of combinations can be done differently and it work ! Specially KOF and SNK and SF games etc... NB been playing fighting games for 30 years on pc and other consoles and arcades
Good guide, but these just frames are the reason i dropped him, because even after many hours its just too hard for me to constantly execute these inputs for me, especially online 😢
@@doncinati7644 acid rain is the same as before, there's just less input lag. all his new "just frames" arent really just frames though, so you're right there.
Lee is so cool. They shoulda gave him like one Mishima technique tho. He doesn't need it, buy he worked for heihachi, so it's only right he steals a move😂
I think you can pretty much mash back 1, 1+2. Some of them are on the easier side but don't seem quite as powerful as moves like acid rain and ff 2. The timing for a lot of the harder ones is just finding out what rhythm they picked for the move and I think that's what makes Lee special to me.
Now if only yt didn't succumb to being like every other platform, I'd be able to read this without doing any kind of loophole tactics to just SEE THE DANG SCREEN😂😂😂😂 Dope clip, nonetheless😤
