I see nobody is talking about how much thought you put into this so i'll let you know i recognize it. First off: You made hal look 13 when he was created by a 13 year old dirk. The "falling with nothing to hold" is reflective of how dirk was constantly awake with both selves, never sleeping and having absolutely no company on derse because roxy was asleep.I just think you did a really great job on this short animatic, it was beautiful. If you wanna get a real tearjerker, next time youre doing anything that has to do with dirks mental anguish have him decapitate himself.

i vaugely remember watching this two years ago, before i knew anything about homestuck. its so cool that it has been recommened to me again, now that im knee-deep into a homestuck hyperfixation.
