You are such an inspiration to me! I've just started watching your videos I am wanting so bad to learn to dance! I've never had anyone show me the ropes so watching your videos really opens my eyes, thank you! Love your videos!
use the steam function on your iron while its hanging for stuff you can't normally iron or take a super long hot shower and hang it in the bathroom with you... works easy
I love your dresses, I'm looking to make a new grand entry dress 👗 and have the US Army emblem in the back, I served 8 years, I rarely get to dance but going in with the Vets is always a honor. Anyway love your collection ❤
I love it that you totally love that extra sparkle! That’s the way I used to feel about my gel nails. I became allergic though 😢. Now I’m looking for ways to add sparkle to my embroidery. Sparkles make the world a happier place! Your dresses are beautiful and extra special because so many are family made. Thank you for sharing them and yourself!
Thank you Raven for sharing this video. You can see the pride in your eyes, hear the pride in your voice, the overall pride unto yourself as you tell your story to each dress. Thanks again, thoroughly enjoyed, much appreciated. Stay safe always. Treaty 4 Territory Saskatchewan, Canada
This is a little late, but you could probably use a fabric steamer on the pink beaded dress. It never touches the fabric or beads. Or you could hang the dress in the bathroom and take a steamy hot shower-that might help. Very pretty fabric! Oops, someone already suggested the shower, ha-ha!
Rocking the shirt makes me smile. Six nations upper mohawk walking the turtle ways much love Also that star dress made of AMERICAN flag material as my mom said those are somewhat rare now a days.
I used to sew but wasn't my thing, more of a crafter but I love fashion and traditional folk dresses! :o just wondering if you've ever made a pow pow dress and if you'd film it! I'd love to see the process! Maybe a good quarantine video?
I can't find much information about it and I'm trying to get into making them myself. Does it matter what material we make them out of ? If you see this could you ask your mom
Hmm I’m not sure. Maybe 4 or 4.5? I’m 5’2” but my weight fluctuates between 150-180 through the years and 4 yards is usually enough but you also want to leave room for error!
Wow, I didn't realize how many outfits you dancer's have 🤩 they're all so beautiful! You probably already do this but the dresses you can't iron, maybe steaming will get the wrinkles out🤗❤ anyway, I enjoy your videos.
I seen u at oin and I was scared to take a pic with u so I just didn’t🤣. But I grew out of my buckskin dress and I was wearing a cloth dress lol love you!!
Lovely one, thank you so much for posting. Your mom really is a goddess at the sewing machine I wanted to say a quick shout out any time you don't think you can iron and dress Just sat put it nearA steaming hot shower if you're traveling with the door shut for maybe 10 minutes? Or I have made my own kind of steam bath by boiling water putting it on the floor having the dress in a bag and letting the steam rise up in the bag if the dresses hanging and the bag is big enough it works also lol Congratulations I hope to see you at a future pow wow you rep EPIC 👏
