This just goes to show how resourceful of an artist Ork is. I hope the monsters get a stipend for future seasons because once Ork gets that budget, he’ll be unstoppable
Considering he was homeless on/off during filming and didnt have financial stability, Orks looks are fucking incredible. One of the best artists from the show ever
Unpopular opinion: his looks didn’t look the same they only had similar textures and a distinct style but different silhouettes and characters. Like a portfolio of an artist. Also his concepts are INSANELY deep and smart. Ex: his hotel look was a double play on being a “host” he was the hotel host of a party and host of that little creature on his head like a virus.
The fusion of flesh and metal is so distinctly japanese and horrifying to me. Tetsuo: The Iron Man and 964 Pinocchio comes to mind. The vibe is for sure disturbing japanese cyberpunk bodyhorror movies.
He had the filth and horror down! and I can appreciate him staying true to his aesthetic throughout the whole season, even if it got a little repetitive at the end. I can definitely see him on a titans season in the future.
the hotel look was better for glamour than whatever he grabbed out of the trash for the glamour look, I 100% believe he had EVERYTHING BUT THAT prepared, he just couldnt afford to do it in time
He has an interesting point of view but as the season progressed it became tired and expected. Same fleshy grotesque mask and stuff i wish i could’ve seen more of his creativity
Orgotik comes from Argentina, literally here a package of cookies costs one dollar, everything is very expensive. Obviously he did what he could with his money, I admire Orgotik
