Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share this new video with you! I share all of your favorite things to see on my channel, all in one video! Woop!! So I have a house tour since we are house hunting and I have a fresh costco haul and a little shop with me if you can even call it that! But definitely bought some food at Costco! haha I also bring you along to HomeGoods while I shopped for a mothers day gift... It was.. okay haha I shared a homegoods shop with me recently you can watch that if you want. lol I also hang out with you a bit! We took the family to take a little 'hike' and enjoy the outdoors together! I hope you enjoy hanging out with me!

I LOVE that long hallway. Imagine......you’re in the last bedroom down that long hallway...... 2am.....you hear a noise..... you need to get to mom and dad’s room.....because something is in here......you heard them...... now imagine standing in your doorway and looking down that LONG dark hallway that’s between you and your parent’s safety..... it will become the longest, scariest hallway in history. I grew up in a house with a super long hallway.....I think I have PTSD after seeing the hallway in this house and imagining my 7 yr old self needing to run down that hallway to get to safety. Good luck Wad’s Kids 😆 😆

Geeeez that sounds traumatic. You wanna know what my thought was? Ever had a kid wake up in the middle of the night feeling sick, they always want to come tell you they feel sick and puke all down the hallway!! Ive spent far to many middle of the nights cleaning vomit off the walls. Perhaps we are both traumatized by long hallways🤣

@@thewadsquad the right home will come along for you and your family!! Houses are going so fast here in New York. The house I found came on the market and I was able to see it that day (within hours) and it was everything I pictured my forever home to be. You will walk into a house and it will just feel like home!

Usually the plant-based meals are simple - one of my favorites I make a lot os zucchini, onion, and black beans cooked! I just use salt and pepper to season, it's delish.

I think there are locks you can put at the top of the sliding doors. I know for sure there are for french doors. We have a pool and canal in the back... I feel that mama stress.

Thanks!! yes, we have them here at the house - but I still check them all the time and freak out often - especially when we have other kids over and they leave the doors open! I would go nuts. That's a hard pass for me!

Yes I love when Kim is in my feed of videos! I can honestly say out of all the houses yall have looked at that was the first one that I said wow that house really is for them. That yard and pool alone was unbelievable for Florida and lately it's been if you want the yard then you got to install the pool. I just cant get over that house, it was beautiful and just screamed put a W on door bc this is it!! Omg omg that sweet Meridith has gotten so big and yep she is def favoring Wentworth but out of all the kids she is the one that screams Alex!! Sorry for such a long post but hey that's what best friends do:)

So fun! Costco replaced my year old tire, which was still under warranty, so yay. Love the open house but agree about all those sliders in possible kids rooms with access to a pool is a no go. Meredith is adorable. And the shopping is always my favorite!

Loved the house tour. Those window treatments are called plantation shutters and they will help keep your house cool.. Bowel style bathroom sinks are called vessel sinks. I like them because they free up counter space. Love the pull out pantries in the kitchen--II fit so much stuff in mine. Raising the height of that marble kitchen table should not be too expensive. That would make a giant counter for your meal prep videos. And so much space to set up lights. Should be easy to install security bars on the sliding doors in kids rooms while they are young. OMG, favorite room is the teen party room that is at the farthest possible point from the master suite. And this house does not have a lot of space that you you would not use. Good luck on making an offer if you like this one.

I love cilantro, too. When I have more than I can use up, I chop it and freeze in a cube tray with a little water. After they're frozen, I pop the cilantro cubes into a freezer bag. This way, I have a "cilantro cube" to pop into a recipe anytime. Sweet Meredith looks like a mini Alex!

I actually loved that the rooms and the bathroom had pool access! I would add french doors and have locks where you need a key so a kid can't get out. Love that you don't have to walk through the house if you're having guests and get water everywhere. This was actually my favorite house you've shown.

Ok, Kim I will probably comment more but I don't want to forget so here it goes, putting French doors come into the room and can't have a placement of furniture. We have one in our kitchen and we want to change it out in a sliding door. However, you can put alarms with batteries on the doors to alert you! Also, table attached to the bar, ridiculous 🙄. I love the bar height idea better!!!

I love how frugal you are. I have the same problem with hubs buying things that should be less $. Also about the doors to pool access, you could get a security feature that rings a bell when a door or window opens. Kind of a pain to hear frequently but could be a good safety feature. Love your show!

Use mason jars for the parfaits. Every weekend I put yogurt, half cup oats, 1 cup fruit and half cup milk in a mason jar and they last a week. When I want to eat it I just shake the jar and it's ready to go.

I love the doors, the floors, the downstairs area- and the kitchen is very beautiful, but don’t like the long narrow hallway and doors leading to the pool. Also agree with you about the second door leading to the bathroom from the office lol.

This was a fun video! And just a reminder - aged cheese has less (little to no) lactose. So hard parm is wonderful but even spending a little more on an (at least 1 year old - 5 year old is best) aged cheddar for Alex. It will lower the lactose for him. My sons GF does not handle dairy well so even with casseroles and stuff, I make her 'section' with the other cheese. Have an amazing rest of your week!

Aren't real estate portals the best?! I think ours is called a "collaboration center", but still so cool! You see everything! Tours, street view, etc! How did anyone find a house before the internet?? Newspapers?! We moved a couple months ago, but our collab center is still open, so fun to look at houses for the fun of it... just need to remind myself we're happy where we are! :)

That house looks like it would be great for you. You can do something about the sliding doors, like locks of some kind out of reach of the kids, or change them for a wall with a window?
