All of the FAILURE TO FILE a Form 1040 trials are FRAUD 

In this video I go through all of the statutes and supporting IRS documents necessary (not many) to PROVE that ALL of the "FAILURE to FILE Form 1040" trials that have occurred over the LAST 75 YEARS, WERE & ARE a COMPLETE and TOTAL FRAUD committed by the IRS & DOJ in a conspiracy to DEFRAUD "We the American People" and the courts themselves, - and that FRAUD has been FACTUALLY ADMITTED by the IRS in writing (shown in the video).
