All popular Chinese dishes delivered by bicycle/Japanese Street Food 

The restaurant we asked to photograph this time is Kirin in Ikuno, which has been in business for over 40 years.
The store is run by a brother and his sister and their family. At lunchtime, the store is crowded with people who work at nearby companies and regular customers.
The dumplings and spring rolls are handmade, but the most popular dish is the chanpon.
Unlike most chanpon, the distinctive chanpon is made with a large amount of chicken stock and covered with a hot, vegetable-filled "starch" sauce.
It was impressive to see his wife riding her bicycle incessantly to deliver these freshly prepared dishes at lunchtime.
