Btw, More fps means faster quick switching, and faster quickswitching = to very high DPS, so you guys might want to avoid using v-sync unless it's absolutely necessary since v-sync limits frame rate and has screen tearing that cause to hinder your gameplay.
@@furosukki1301 V-sync limits your capabilities that’s all. I’ve been using v-sync for 50 hours and only after I disabled I realized how badly it affected gameplay
@@VelhaTheOne I'm not sure about your case, my monitor is old af and gets some pretty nasty screen tearing without it. If you don't notice any problems with it off you might as well not use it
I'm literally stuck on SSG ballista because it's so comfortable since I have the two weapons binded on the two side buttons on the mouse. Really wanna learn the PB rocket but can't a good binding for the two weapons unless I give up my SSG ballista bindings. I also use WASD movements
@@Flux-hc8rv doom eternal is basically Quake for movement and Pixel Gun 3d because of quick switching being an essential skill to learn (picked pg3d if u catch my drift)

@@StealthBeeKid you can do pb ssg on and pb balista I play the game on console and pc and it's really hard for me to pull of pb rl on pc but it's really hard for me to do it on my ps4

Also if you're having trouble using this in combat, you can falter the demon; or stun them with the microwave beam. And PB and RL is very good for Tyrants and Barons.

This is quick switch combos so i guess it doesn't count but : i have experimented a bit with stun combos and i wanted to say that Microwave beam /full auto is actually a really good combo for stun-melting demons
I have been trying quickswitching with the sitcky grenades but I could not switch weapons immediately from combat shotgun until the grenade blinks first.
I'm still trying to get down pb+sticky switching. I seriously have no idea why it's so hard, it should be just like pb+rockets but it's just... not? It just feels off. I try slowing down, it doesn't work. Try speeding up, it doesn't work. Might just require more precise timing than pb+rockets, or maybe I'm just strange.
That switch has the most strict timing of every kind of weapon switch. Going from PB to sticky is easy, but going back from sticky to pb is where a near just frame timing is needed. I have practiced it A LOT and I still mess it up at times. My best advice is to listen to the sticky bomb animation noise carefully. As soon as you hear the ,"CLUNK", of the sticky bomb being shot, you have to pretty much push the weapon switch/and or heavy cannon button at that very moment. The input has a kind of has a rolling feel to it. Like you are rolling your fingers between weapon mod, fire, "this is where you hear the clunk", then weapon switch. I really wish the deves would add just a few more frames of leniency on the sticky to pb switch part, but that is all I can tell you. I play the game on 60 fps. It is probably easier with higher fps but I dont wana cook my gpu.

I’m playing on console and I’ve seen people do the quick swapping and the game itself tells you to do it but I never really understood how to do this. Am I HOLDING the fire button while switching back and forth and just get the rhythm of switching down? Or am I PRESSING FIRE every time I switch without holding? If someone can actually explain exactly how to do this I’d really appreciate it. The type of weapon combos that work as well if possible.
It’s more complicated than that there isn’t one way to do every combo. Every combo requires different way of quick switching and it also can be different depending on which weapon mods you’re using. For example pb rocket if you play with remote det you can just hold the aim button and switch and shoot at the same time whenever the other weapon is pulled out. Same with pb stickies. However if you use lock on it’s a little trickier, you have to time when you aim or other wise you’ll keep locking onto enemies but it’s extremely worth it to learn because of the insane DPS lock on has. Massive tip for console quick switching shoot and switch at the same time that way you’ll achieve the speed limit of console quick switching and you can quick switch as fast as pc players with that technique it’s hard to get used to but extremely worth it
Wait, you can Hold fire button and quickswap? while both weapon fire?! how the fuck I didn't know this, Most of the Tutorial about quick swapping they didn't say it or I didn't listen, I'm not sure this real but I want to try this
@@Njin8492 yeah. I though when you switched weapons you had to left click again to fire. I didn't realize you could just hold down left click while quickswapping to maintain shooting.
@@mortman200 i have the 'Q' key as 'swap to previous weap' so that means ill just hold the left click and keep on timed pressing the 'Q' key to FQS on two weapons.
