All Samsung Galaxy Phones: How to Change Language from Chinese, French, Korean, etc to English 

Bless you, I was at my wits end after resetting and my Samsung reverted to Korean! A lifesaver!

Thank you so much my kid stuck it in a different language

In 2020 on a Galaxy S8, the icon is now 3 horizontal lines with 3 small dots on each of the lines. I am using it to go from Japanese back to English. Also, if you look at the kanji for the word nihongo (japanese), you will see a distinct kanji charactor 語、 which you will see this under the main heading (General)

If the keyboard changed to another language by mistake: Once you are in Language and Input go to Samsung Keyboard then at the bottom click "Reset Settings" then click "Reset keyboard settings" then select "Reset" to change it back to the default.

I was pulling my SD card and had no idea what I had done... THANK YOU!

Our phone was charged after cleaning out crud in charging port. 100% charged. However, upon going thru the startup showing the Samsung logo, powered by Android it had the let's get started icons or words in Japanese.

My S9 language is set to English. Recently the Help section on the Settings menu showed all in Chinese, with a message in English saying Help topics weren't available in my chosen language (English). This just started about 2 months ago. For years prior, that Help section always was in English. What is wrong?
