I love these effects on the screen. Many people think that these effects can be distracting, but I don't think it has much of an impact on gameplay and, furthermore, I think it's a very beautiful detail. 😔 I really wish Riot would come back with these effects constantly on skins. But, unfortunately, Riot isn't making the effort lately to make their skins like they used to... 😢

As far as I know, according to the lore, Evelynn has no body shape and appears differently to everyone. Specifically, she looks like the ideal for each person, so on this thumbnail, Kayn probably sees Evelynn as Akali.
