Like 800 channels have probably done this already, but they either A) recorded the intros from crappy emulators or B) ripped them from other RU-vid channels that recorded them from crappy emulators. 100% REAL HARDWARE HERE, PEACHES.

We will never have another Smash bros game ever again or at least one of the same extent as Ultimate had/has. But I feel very content for what the franchise has done for the past 20 years+.

Smash 4 was the first smash game I ever played, and looking at it now after being exposed to melee and ultimate, smash 4 is pretty underwhelming

funny you say that since I remember smash 4 being praised to no end. It's still a great game, but that was the time the fandom grew to become truly toxic where any criticism against smash 4 had you labeled a "salty hater" or a "melee fag"

I think you’re mostly nostalgic, because it was pretty underwhelming coming from melee but nonetheless it’s my first one so I love it too. Either way objectively you should have to know that it’s either melee or ultimate

I've played all the smash games and brawls intro is definitely my favorite it's so well made. The melee opening is my second favorite. Those two themes are ear worms lol I spent a lot of time playing both as a kid

Melee's Cinematic Intro is by far the best one. However, Brawl's Intro Song is the best one here. (I like how the 4th intro starts and that's it, I'm not a fan of the rest; Ultimate's intro on the other hand is really smooth and well made considering the fact that most of it are in-game recordings 💪🏽)

Ok so amazing video and it’s been 2 years so you probably won’t see this but if you do if you do this again (like if I new smash game came out or something) can you put the ads in between the songs? It was a bit annoying when I got a ad in the middle of the brawl intro

that does sound pretty annoying. the ads aren't in the video itself, youtube adds them, so maybe there's a way we can tell them where to put them, we'll look!

no, the title is short for Real N64 Capture, Real GC Capture, Real Wii Capture, Real Wii U Capture, Real New 3DS Capture, and Real Switch Capture, as in each intro was captured in a real console and not an emulator. didn't think I'd have to spell it out.

My ranking: 1. Ultimate 2. Smash 4 3. Brawl 4. Melee 5. N64 Its biased for me to put 4 above brawl cuz it was the first one i got and nostaligia put it up there, ultimate is peak theme tune but i wished the instrumens were a bit louder and N64 is a poor excuse for an opening

Hot take but I hate the smash brawl intro. The music isn’t good and the intro is long and drawn out. It also stopped the announcer saying the title of the game.
