It''s so crazy to hear this outside of the context of taking the train (when you're only half pay attention to it) only to realize it you know them all by heart from the words themselves, to the tonality of their voices!
Times Square is almost that. From Bryant Park there's closed passageway to Harold Square. With another closed passageway to Penn Station. IMO 42nd Street feels like an airport Shuttle, in which feeling Metronorth and 4/5/6 are worped into the same station.
Charlie, Kathleen, Catherine, Jessica, Dianne, Annie, AND Velina really had to collaborate to tell everyone what transfers they can get at 42nd Street 💀
PATH trains should have transfer announcements for subway at World Trade Center, 14th Street, 23rd Street, and 33rd Street stations. For example: This stop is: 33rd Street. Transfer is available to the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, and W trains. Connections are available to the Long Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit, and Amtrak. This stop is: 14th Street. Transfer is available to the 1, 2, 3, F, L, and M trains. This stop is: World Trade Center. Transfer is available to the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, R, and W trains. A free transfer is also available to the 4, 5, J, and Z trains by walking to the Fulton Street station and using OMNY or your MetroCard.
