All Super Saiyan Forms & BEAST Comparison Attribute BUFFS! (Updated) - Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 DLC 

In terms of Super Saiyan forms in my opinion the best are Evo. Blue and SS3, just because they have good defense and still dish out damage.

Honestly, I love SSG because of how simple it is. The Ki Recovery is nice for basically everything, the base damage increase is just great because Basic Attack damage is some of the simpler damage to hit that people underestimate, it's just a solid transformation. Helps that I love the color red also.

The defense debuff to Beast really doesn't make sense. If you look at how it was introduced in Super Hero, Cell Max was absolutely blasting everyone with every hit, but then Beast Gohan was able to completely tank a hit with no damage and without moving from his position. If anything we should get a defense buff. Especially if we're stuck with the long animation and having our ki consumed to transform.

Fun fact, if you use Gogeta Blue's Super Soul "Our Two Strengths Aren't Just Added Together..." you actually *gain* ki in Blue without having to attack or charge

The one thing beast has that no other transformation has is a universal stamina break, and if its quick enough it can even be a heavy stamina break

I think beast shouldn’t consume 5 bars especially because of how much extra damage you take with it

I still think Ssj Blue Evo with Pathetic Super Soul is the best. Each time it activates, the damage, ki recovery all increase by 10%, and can be activated 3x. So 30% from Pathetic plus 35% from Blue Evo is quite insane, as it is permanent increase in both damage and ki recovery.

Hey Steed. Great video. Would you consider making a combo video with all the forms in the future? I mainly see these videos and build videos (and other stuff), but I would like to see combo videos made by yours truly. (Side note: you don't have to make these combos for online-it would just be nice to see how you would use Super Skills, Ultimate Skills and more altogether.)

Little tip for some that might not no if you use Vegeta super soul that says “I think I’m finally warmed up now!” You will not run out of ki even when using godly display. I’ve tried and everytime I’ve seen blue remain permanently with that super soul

Yo Steedoj I just ran tests. If you use "Our two strengths aren't just added together" you CAN keep the SSB form up after using Revenge Death Ball, Godly Display, Sword of Hope, Break Cannon, Emperor Death Beam and Angry/Super Ki Explosion. All the "drain all ki" ultimates won't turn SSB off with this soul. "I think I'm finally warmed up" however will deactivate form.

(Asking as a newb; as I've never played but have seen videos here and there). Does the "I can finally get my hands dirty" (Vegeta Super Soul) also disable Awoken Skills in the first 10 seconds of a match? If not; maybe it could help with the long start up drawback with using Beast? Otherwise; on closer maps it could be use to put up some heavy pressure onto the opponent for the soul purpose of breaking their stamina; As a bonus it shouldn't drain your ki either if it's possible. Side note: I'm not sure if it's been changed over the years, but I saw in another video that it allowed people to use Evasives even while being stamina broken during that first 10 seconds. On maps with further away spawn points; (granted; if Awoken Skills can be used during the 10 seconds...); it could be used in theory to transform as soon as the match starts while you have infinite stamina and ki. I have the feeling it doesn't work that way but idk for sure. xD

I think the best way to get Beast off is using Innocence Cannon, the way that move works could allow you to finish up the animation before they even get out of the move on the clear other end of the map.

Use “ I’ve cast everything aside for this” super soul on SSG or Beast hopefully your Attribute points are 125 on basic attack and you have a QQ Bang that gives you +5 in the basic attack add fruit of the tree of might and your basic attack damage will skyrocket depending on your character build and personal skill level you’ll never look back

Steed, did frieza race always do 3315 damage on full light with mid body type and a +5 to basic body? Cause the damage is similar to the female saiyan’s 3277 with the same stuff equipped.

Beast should've had like the raid boss defense, not flinching by attacks, but your stamina will be heavily damaged in return to balance it out, or you keep the defense until ki runs out

A Super Soul I'd recommend is "A Power-biased Transformation..." It negates the Increased Damage (reduces damage received by a M amount) And icreases attack by a L amount But Seals your Guard and slows you down by an M amount. But I think it's worth it if you're skilled enough to actually take advantage of the benefits.

For any of the transformations, does the hair change with other hairstyles or do you have to always have spiky hair? Or will it change them all?…..can you customize it at the style guy?

For my SSG build I've equipped "before creation comes ruin" supersoul as it increases my ki blast skills XL. Activates sometime after the battle. For online matches you can see how it's eh. For my beast build I've equipped "a power-biased transformation" supersoul. Increases normal attacks by(L) and damage reduction from ALL attacks(L). Trade off is you can't guard. Limit burst is super defense though so I see that as pretty good but I recommend equipping a skillset and one(s) that focus on you breaking their guard and depleting stamina. Hax shii you know.

Honestly, while I know it was a little Freudian Slip, I think the stat changes that "Final Form" gives you actually would suit an "Ultra Instinct" transformation more. Aside from that though, I do think "Final Form" does need some serious adjustment. If I had the opportunity, I'd rework the stat changes for it pretty dramatically (as well as those of several other Awoken Skills), but the one thing that it indisputably needs is safety in transforming. Obviously it would significantly improve the transformation to have the animation (and STM Armor) be cancelable right at the camera angle change, but I think I'd actually prefer it if they instead left the animation as is, but once you actually transform (i.e: once your Ki is consumed), you'd lose the STM Armor and would instead have Unbreakable Sturdy Frames (akin to "Super Guard" or "Punisher Guard") for the rest of the animation.

Wouldn't instant max ki also work good for beast since you can just awaken instantly from the start sure the only way to transform is from super sized stages when you and your opponent are very very far away like arcapeleco or glacier or something like that

I would just add One thing there are 3 Ki regen super soul that have diff effect 2 wich are C17 and C18 Super Soul wich have such a low ki regen that, they are not making blue being unlimited and Finally, the Gogeta super soul (Our Two Strengths Aren’t Just Added Together) wich in my opinion is the Craziest Super soul for blue and Blue Evolution. This super soul actualy make your SSJBlue More than permanente ; You are actually GAINING KI WHILE IN SSJBlue, wich mean that all of the super soul that normaly drain all of your ki, don't detransform You... (You aslo have an added small Stam Recovery boost, a perfect icing on the cake) And While in Blue Evolution with this.... it's almost a no Ki drain. A VERY underated Super Soul in my opinion.

Ultimate Glass Cannon build for Beast would be with that Gotenks super soul that gives you an XXL boost to all damage types and movement speed but you recieve more damage M. Your attacks will hit like a truck once it activates ( almost 2 bars with the beast combo ) but you get hit by ONE ultimate and you´re dead meat.

Steed they fixed Divine Lasso it no longer scales with ki blast i found this out when i tested out the Kakusa's super soul which only gives a boost to melee skills. i do hope Beast, Purification (it has a bug with its guard/dodge), and Golden get worked on, all i want for Golden is that 15% damage received to be reduced and an increase to ki restored

Steed this video is cool but if your goal is to educate the masses you shoulda made this a month ago when beast dropped. I for one was really curious what all the buffs were so I just looked them up on wikis. Still gonna watch this tho and see if I missed anything.

They should do with the god forms what they did with the normal ssj forms… Stacked them up to each other! From ssg to ssb to sse if u want or ssg to ssb

Idk if it's still there but I remember with meditation blue forms there was a bug where it didn't turn off when you reach 0 ki so 10 bar ultimates let you stay in the form and do even more damage. I think that is because the game never counted it as 0 ki but always like 0.1 and yeah it was cool but idk if they patched it, either way now with the meditation nerf it isn't really worth using. Edit: Now that I think about it, it was very specific you had to use meditation while in blue form and not be under the meditation buff before if I'm correct.

The worst part about beast is it changes your eyes so if you have a scar it magically disappears

Defense is so underrated in this game. Having actual viable defensive stats now in this game is like the damage is being scaled or something. Like I suppose Fighterz or Demon Slayer? Must on each CAC for at least one build on each one.

SSG is really useful for builds that pair lots of beam blasts with combos i didnt realize how useful it is with galick gun at the end of basic attacks.

Correction, CERTAIN ki recovery super souls have a tug of war with blue/evo, others keep it up without much problem and only get stopped by some factors and won't take you out of blue or evo unless those conditions are met

11:12 I know not a lot of people play Crystal Raid as much as I do but this is not true as the person playing the Raid Boss can Break a Giant Namekians guard with a flick of a finger, it’s that easy lol. IMO I can’t believe how bad Beast Form is but people will say to run a Super Soul to use Beast Form safely but if I have to use something to make a skill or form useable then why use it in the first place? Every slot should do it’s job with minimal issue. I hope they hear the feedback and update Beast Form soon.

tbh ssg is cool because it's hair is accurate, like, ssj hair doesn't lift in game but it lifts in the anime. Now ssg hair doesn't lift in the anime and in game. It's cool to use it on characters with hair that isn't spiked up

Yes Beast is the worst pvp awoken but best pve. Beasts combos always work offline and it deals a ton of damage while recovering ki, while blue evolution is slightly stronger its not by much and you can use moves more often. But pvp the long transformation is to long its an easy stamina break. You can use Toppos super soul with beast offline you can take health items and it makes quests Z ranking super easy.

I need to give Bluevolved another shout on my Female Saiyan, I keep falling back on Super Vegeta 2 because I'm lazy and don't want to do ki management.

I would make beast transformation have a guard break counter. If you are transforming and they went to break your guard he would like "is that all you got?" and punch you in the gut really far starting from neutral possition.

For blue evolution I twnd to use the super soul "I hope you come back as someone good" to fully recover ki on kills for raids so I don't get too scared of using all my ki so long that I kill

Beast feels like the Kaioken X20 without the stamina drain.

When I used base Super Saiyan, I used "I Hope You're Reborn As Someone Good This Time" since you don't get ki for shit. Now I use SSG, and I haven't found another SS that goes good for it.

I’m all about ki so of course I have 10 bars, I use blue/evolution plus the super souls “I said don’t go easy on me” or “my backs getting tingly” with burst charge

What makes no sense to me is that beast is taking this much damage even though in the movie he ate cell Max's punch and said is that all you got, although what could they do to make it sorta balance out between strengths and weaknesses? Less stamina recovery would suck arguably worse than taking more damge, no ki recovery maybe but thats not all terrible especially with that damage output, tbh theres a few things to make it usable like a animation cancel like you said

I´m playing that Gamma super soul that restores your stamina at full once it gets broken or otherwise its impossible for me. I´ve seen way better players than me playing it with max efficiency but I´m clearly not able to do this :(

You can use "Time for a little nap" From Kid Buu super Soul to maintain SSGSS evolved, It almost negates SSGSS Ki Degen, and keeps Ki degen on minimum lvl on SSGSS evolved. Try it out

Also, shouldnt they nerf giant namekian since the movie stated by piccolo himself he doesnt get stronger as a giant, he's just bigger? for God forms it Super saiyan God SSB and then beast SSBE still has ki drain iusse that ithink need to be remove complete from SSb amd SSBE

I'll try my best to synopsis what I know. ss3 is 20% basic attack and strike with a buffed stamina recovery sv2 is 17% ki super ssg is 40% basic attack with an extra boost with correct impute with great ki recovery ssb is 25% all attacks with less ki drain than before and a minor defense buff over nerf. ssbe is 35% all attacks with also less ki drain. beast is 30% all attacks, great ki recovery, eats 5 bars of ki to transform, and you take more damage, but it's the longest awoken animation of 6 seconds.

fun fact kioken still makes you take higher damage than beast does, its yet another reason nobody uses it unless they're trying to have fun

I think for Beast they should just go the path of Ultra Instinct and make it harder to guard break. Or, even better, make it unbreakable.

They need to make beast where the transformation is sped up. Cancel out some of the framework where your head is tilted back and you are powering up. Then put some s around the part where you smile so it can't be broken. Idk why they didn't make it like every other transformation in the game where if you are too late to break it, there's s protecting the last few secs of the animation process. It's so stupid.
