But what Norfolk does have is great. Sure there not show stoppers like at other big UK parks, but there uniqueness really makes the county one of the best of for UK coaster fans. You've got the snails, spooky exspress, tub twist and the rollercoaster right next to each other, and these are must do's in my opinion :)
Awwww man I was going for mega at 1! after the re-track its really good and probably goes fast that 48 after. But im with you with the theming and also like you with wickerman in the sence personal fav
Havn't got the chance to ride since the retrack so i might have to change my list when i do lol. I'd love for megapbhobia to get some theming. Honestly Oakwood is such an underated theme park, if it gets two more megaphobia level coasters i think it could compeate with thorpe park and alton towers.
@@RoyLacoaster There’s literaly no negative feedback with the retrack and honestly was such a good decision the new double up after the camera gives insane airtime! Hope you get the opportunity to ride it as it made the ride so much better!
@@RoyLacoaster this month after a after dark (like a Sunday) would be the best, on Sunday me and my mate went there were 150 people 200 at the peak and we got 50 rides on speed 37 on mega 2 and creepy crawler and one on treetops can decide wether I regret the speed ones more or the two creepy crawler ones (so fucking rough)
I've only ridden 6 out of the 10 on this list but my top 6 would probably be: 1.Grand National 2.Big Dipper 3.Rollercoaster 4.Wickerman 5.Nick Streak 6.Blue Streak Wickerman is a mixed bag for me, the theming is top notch and the interaction with Big Bob is fantastic but as a coaster it's not as forceful as I wished it was. It's miles better near to or in the back of the train but otherwise I find it rather meh. I've ridden it near the end of the night at the end of the season and it was insane. I wish it rode like that all the time, then it would be at the top. For a modern woodie I was expecting more.
A decent ranking for the ones you have ridden. I think ive just been lucky with my rides on wickerman as I've mainly been back row at the end of the day, but i can see why a sub-par wickerman run could drop it down the list. :)
A solid top three. :) National is such an awesome coaster, and when you duel a freind on the other train its the best coaster in the country. Britain deffo needs more duling coasters.
In my opinion, (of the ones I have ridden so I cannot count GY Rollercoaster or Scenic Railway), Wicker Man is my least favourite. Anyone who knows me knows I have no interest if a ride has good theming, I only care about if it is a good ride. The layout is really boring though, with large turns that could've been something much better. The theming also badly affects my asthma, which is not good for people who just want to ride the ride. I skip the preshow. Big Dipper is my favourite. The ride is really thrilling and the seats are really comfortable. Topping my list as well is Megaphobia and the Grand National.
Fair thoughts on wicker man, never thought about how it could affect someone with asthma. Though i still do belive that themeing can really highten a coaster's ride exsperince. Big dipper is a solid choice for number one, I do love it and it was very close to being my number one. I think i need to ride all the coasters on the list again and see if my thoughts stay the same. :)
@@Geust-bc4do Im a little confused, but i think i get what ur saying. The tittle is a little dramatic for sure, but its not a lie as they are all currently surviving. And as wicker man caught on fire the other day, i think the title actuly works very well for it lol. :)
