Thank you! This class was rewarded. Amazing! I always listen linguamarina thus is my first time with you. Now, I’m ready to improve my score. Thank you so much.
I'm one of those people who have studied English since I was a teenager and never achieved fluency. I'm already old and I'm not going to fight for it anymore, but when I watched your video, I realized that I have a very good level of vocabulary, at least. Even because most of the words you showed are very similar to those in Portuguese. I had known them for a long time. Thank you for the class!
English Conversation topic: Dining Out with Friends 1. Planning to Dine Out: "Hey, do you want to grab dinner together this weekend?" "I'm craving [type of cuisine]. Would you be interested in trying that restaurant with me?" "Let's go out for dinner to celebrate [occasion]." "I heard about this new restaurant downtown. Do you want to check it out with me?" "I'm in the mood for some good food and company. Who's up for dinner tonight?" 2. Making Plans: "Sounds like a plan! What time should we meet?" "Count me in! Where are we meeting?" "I'm down for dinner. Which restaurant did you have in mind?" "I'm free after 7 PM. Does that work for everyone?" "Great! Let's make a reservation to avoid waiting too long." 3. Choosing a Restaurant: "Do you have any preferences for cuisine, or are you open to suggestions?" "I'm in the mood for Italian food. How does that sound?" "Is there a particular restaurant you've been wanting to try?" "I know a great sushi place nearby. Would you be interested?" "Let's find a place that accommodates everyone's dietary preferences." 4. Ordering Food: "I think I'll start with the [appetizer]. What about you?" "Everything on the menu looks delicious. I'm having a hard time deciding!" "I'm going to try the [dish]. Has anyone had it before?" "I'm allergic to [ingredient], so I'll need to make sure it's not in my dish." "Let's share some dishes family-style so we can try a little bit of everything." 5. Enjoying the Meal: "This [dish] is amazing! I'm glad I ordered it." "I've never tried [ingredient] before. It's actually really good!" "The presentation of these dishes is so impressive." "The flavors in this dish are so well-balanced." "I'm really enjoying the atmosphere of this restaurant." 6. Conversation Topics: "So, what's everyone been up to lately?" "Have you seen any good movies or TV shows recently?" "Did anyone hear about [current event]? What are your thoughts on it?" "Let's reminisce about some of our favorite memories together." "What are your plans for the upcoming [holiday or special occasion]?" 7. Paying the Bill: "Should we split the bill evenly, or does anyone want to pay separately?" "I'll take care of the tip. Does anyone have cash?" "Let me get this one. You can treat next time." "Are we ready for the bill, or would anyone like dessert or another drink?" "Thanks for joining me for dinner, everyone. It's my treat this time."
Thank you so much for your amazing lesson! Your explanations are so clear and helpful. These words are now indispensable for me, and I feel more confident in my English skills because of you. Keep up the fantastic work
how can i get the link that provides the academic vocabulary word list i always heard that u mention in the link of description. my questions is where is that link...? plz can u share with me the link in comment. As whole i appreciate all u are sharing its verry intressting .... thank &God Bless
I'm glad I've found this comment. The mistake that a lot of people make is they don't repeat the words enough, hence they easily forget them or mispronounce em. I write down such words and repeat them many times until I'm able to use em spoteneously.
I bought the course and I didn’t receive any link to login. Additionally, I been trying to contact this people and they do not answer. Hopefully they see my message and check the email that I sent them. But I’m not happy with my situation
@@Afridisamiullah776 I got 97/120 but it's still not good enough for what is required of me. R=19, L=27, S=25, W=26 . Needed 3 more points on reading and 1 point on speaking.
I have a question for the word "Ubiquitous", from the other vocabulary video, I have learnt that ubiquitous is used for a thing that's worldwide like brands or cell phone, so is it correct to use the word for a term that decribes a group of communities?
Ok, I love this video. I had to pause it many times to make some notes. I should ask you guys, am I the only one distracted by her beautiful leopard blouse? But this video definitely is handy. Thanks a lot.
Worst experience with TOEFL they canceled my scores 2times and everythime they are giving same reason that speaking task did not reflect your own original and independent work even after proctor 2time check my 360 degree room I waste my 33,000Rupees also they are not giving any reply on mail
@@ribhafatima7960 i will say its all about practice, the more you practice the more you will be fluent. First of all give one practice mock from Official toefl or any other platform then see in which section you need more practice and then do practice from youtube. In last days you should give at least one mock daily.
