The magnesium is so important, I found that not even prenatal vitamins include it, I am postpartum right now for the third year in a row at 41. I’ve done a ton of personal research in women’s health. It helps all the other systems work together well. Excited for your early posting of items on your Amazon page. Going to use your page for all my Christmas shopping this year. I bought the underwear, slippers and kitchen mats. Love the slippers and mats. The underwear is so light I feel like I'm going full commando. LOL! Just bought the oil sprayer but will fill it with apple juice to spray my ribs on the grill.

Hi Sharon! I took one capsule for a few years....after dinner and about 2 hours before bedtime. Just a few months ago, I increased it to 2 capsules. It's really the laxative effect that you need to monitor. I highly recommend starting with one capsule for a short time just to see how it will effect you. You may get wonderful results with just that!

Randomly passing by from the internet. Your hair is gorgeous! I am trying to keep my curls as I get older. (Mid 50s here.) Yours are more curly and thicker than mine. But thanks for the motivation. It's fantastic to see women rocking the silver hair! Every time I get it cut I want to cry as I see more and more white dropping down. But that's life. I just have to accept it. I have no interest in wasting money, time, and effort on hair coloring. This is the real me. If people don't like that, they are free to not look at me!

So funny - I can't believe I bought clothes on-line. After watching your video, I went to your links and ordered the striped sleeveless top and the striped sweatshirt. It arrived yesterday. When I opened the pkg, I thought, oh my, what have I done. I wasn't sure I liked them at first sight. Then this morning, I tried them on. Let me say, I was shocked they looked so dang good. I had a rule I lived by, which was, never buy any top with horizontal stripes because I had been told, horiz stripes make you look fat. But these tops are just adorable. I'm so glad you mentioned your HT and Size you ordered, because it gave me a good reference to go by. I'm 5'5" and 130 lbs, and I always buy Medium. I went with small after I saw how it looked on you and the size you bought. It was the right choice. A Medium would've been to large. Thanks Renee!

The magnesium is a capsule. Typical capsule size....possibly a smidge smaller. I don't like to swallow pills either and don't have any issues with this one.
