@@kattack8200i mean if its in modded i don't know but in vanilla Isaac , heartbreak give 3 broken hearth when you get it and +3 everytime you take a fatal damage (and if you have 13 broken hearth you die) exept if they have changed the item in a recent patch.

Oh the Champion Judas is the Birthright synergy with belial+urn of souls, that's really cool. It's an extremely cool synergy that's just kinda hard to find because of the specific conditions.
