vent ; i was in love with one of my now ex friends for pretty much my whole 7th grade semester and she's 18 now (unfortunately i'm only 13) and she has a douche boyfriend, i had put her up on this pedestal and saw her as flawless and the most amazing and beautiful girl i've ever met, but of course knowing our age difference and relationship status i also hated myself for being in love with her and spent most of my time either denying it or trying to find a way to get over her but nothing ever worked. recently around may i accidentally hurt one of my friends and that caused a fight in our four-friend group along with a few other things were we dealing with. after a while i ended up getting screenshots from my third friend of a groupchat the three of them are in without me talking about what i did, the girl i hurt was just saying how sad she was and complained about what i did, the third friend who is the only one i'm okay with at this point wasn't really saying anything about me and told the others to stop, meanwhile the girl i liked was full out talking shit about me and saying i was lying about a lot of shit i'm dealing with right now in my life and that i should go to an institution to better myself (because she went to one a couple of years back and apparently now that means she can say it to others to go as well like it's no big deal?) and i was so crushed. i was full on in love with this girl no matter how much i hated it, i was so mad and hurt by all she said about it that i still can't stop thinking about it every damn day wondering if what she said about me was all right. me and my friend group ended up having a "talk" in the chat we're all in because of what i did to my other friend and other stuff we were dealing with, i was trying to talk to her most of the time but she ignored all my comments and only listened to another friend of mine, i gave up and just sobbed for almost half of the night and beating myself up for it, and i don't know why i was hurting myself in that situation but i felt so helpless. i haven't talked to her since the incident, i'm dreading going back to school and seeing her around with her boyfriend now even though i don't plan on ever speaking with her again because i also realized she was just toxic in general (my mind cleared up a lot with the time i had away from her) but what she did still fucks me over when i think about it, and i'm sure it will for a long time now. why am i writing on this video you may ask? because i always thought of her when i listened to it, along with a few other songs mostly from the neighborhood or slow dancing in the dark by joji. i'm still healing though, this whole summer was a big mess for me and i ended up taking my loss of love for her and what she had done to me in the five stages on grief honestly. so melanie, if you ever read this, have a good life with your toxic douche boyfriend and go fuck yourself.

When I was in 7th grade, I have low confidence and I wasn't able to make up my mind. A chaotic family and school's the only place I went to even tho i wouldn't take it srsly. then this guy talked to me, made me his friend and always dragged me wherever he liked.
