Lately I’ve been rubbing all of my steaks in beef tallow I rendered off some super fresh larger cuts I got awhile back. I like ribeyes but dont always want to pay for them, so I settle for strips often. Rubbing that tallow on there helps the flavor alot in my opinion.
Luv Ribeye for sure my favorite steak to order and cook, but will most times grill a Strip at home for less calorie intake and bidenomics…will splurge on occasion at home on a ribeye indulgence when a great charcoal grill night
