Don't know if anyone's said it yet, but it might be Travis Willingham. He's done Thor for years, and it wouldn't be surprising, given how this game tends to use prior actors for the same roles
He is referring to Beta Ray Bill, an Alien who defeated Thor and took Mjolnir, eventually returning it to Thor later on once he got his own hammer, Stormbreaker. (In the MCU Thor built Stormbreaker in Avengers : Infinity War though traditionally it is Beta Ray Bill's Hammer)
