2 of Essendon's 10 goals came directly from incorrect free kicks (Incorrect push in the back call when Grundy tackled Guelfi to give Essendon their 2nd goal and incorrect holding the man call against Langdon in the marking contest with Baguley to give Essendon their 9th goal) None of Collingwood's goals came from free kicks Idk what Essendon fans are so upset about, even when Collingwood got lucky calls they didn't take advantage, twice the umpires didn't call holding the ball but it made no difference cause the Collingwood players stopped playing and got nothing from it. Just weird how much they were booing after the game on ANZAC day especially. Even the free kick count was only 3 off being even.

Justin Kassis Bombers never led the game at any stage and Pies had dodgy calls too. Bombers lost because they turned the ball over at crucial times

Justin I can show you at least 5 dodgy calls that went against Collingwood in the last quarter including several that directly resulted in goals to Essendon. Bomber fans had every right to be frustrated but they weren't the only ones and the umps were not the reason they lost.

Steve Velevski it’s about obvious frees not being payed or reversed for example baguely being man handled and pinned on the ground after the Maynard free kick or the Daniher tackle or the amount of times tippa shoulda got high free kicks

Finally and essendon fan that can admit the umpiring was shocking both ways, It just seems worse because we got the last couple, I think it just comes down to the umps bad decisions.. don't think there was bias there

I'm a big essendon fan and I can't agree more. There were around 5 occasions where there were incorrect disposals but the umpires didn't capitalize on them at all. Gg tho
