All Time Best Underwear for Camino De Santiago?
Well peregrinos have we got an episode for you! If you are currently gearing up for your Camino, this is one crucial element you won't want to skimp on...your Underwear! I know, I know, sounds like such a simple matter, but I assure you, it is not. Get this piece wrong and you could be in for a world of pain!
To all the Peregrinas in the casa...I did my best with this episode, still worth a watch and you will definitely walk away with some tips and ideas. Though I mention this in the show it's worth mentioning again here...wear leggings! Unless you are choosing to wear convertible, zip off pants (also a great choice with their own benefits). If that is the case, I still recommend using underwear that covers the inner thigh. Note: you could just double up with your leggings if need be. This will really depend on the time of year you go! Below I have listed a link for a pair of women's 5" length briefs that my lady friends tell me are "The Best"!
